I've always heard great things about NordiTrack so I was excited to see the hype for myself. 30 minutes a day is all I need for a good workout whether I'm walking, jogging, running, or doing intervals. It delivered pretty fast and I was able to set it up all on my own. I immediately started using it daily and so did my family members. We've all loved it despite how different our goals are. So happy with the quality of my machine. It is gym quality, very high end, and extremely affordable for everyone. I love that it is versatile, and accommodates every body type, tall and short! Do not buy from Nordictrack. Purchased a S22i bike from the company. Had a delivery date through their delivery company and only one date available. So took the day off from work and confirmed the delivery date. Then the day prior get a call that the delivery date was moved a week later. Told the rude and blunt rep that I had already taken day off and she said she would let them know and should get a call back. No call back and on day of delivery spoke with Nordictrack rep, who then gave me Ryders number to contact, who then tells me they have a third party company deliver, who they can not get a hold of. Needless to say I spent 2.5 hours on the phone, mostly hold, to be told no one can make contact with delivery and too bad you are just out your wages for the day and nothing can be done. Called and got a refund from nordictack who tells me I will need to pay a return shipment of $200.00 for an item never delivered. Yeah thats not happening as I never got the bike. Then they tell me my refund will take up to 10 days, wow they took it out of my account in 10 min not ten days. Words of wisdom, spend the extra and buy a Peloton bike as friends and family that bought through them have never had these sad issues. Lesson learned, listen to others that have had the same experience and stay away from Nordictrack.

I got the NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill and absolutely love it! I have never used one that had a screen! I've been a member at multiple gyms but was unhappy with the out-of-date and basic treadmill. I was very impressed with all the programs and options! I am a mom of 2 toddlers so working out was always hard, but now I'm able to work out in the comfort of my own home. My favorite setting is to walk on the beach with the trainer of my choice. They motivate me to keep going and complete the program. Assembling the treadmill was harder than it looked, but with my husband's help, we got it. The instructions were super easy to follow because it was step by step video. I wish the screen was bigger, but for the price, it's perfect.

Love the treadmill! The NordicTrack EXP 7i is definitely an upscale treadmill. What a smooth run! I can switch easily between speeds and inclines, and the functionality is perfect. The screen/tablet is a nice feature and is an added benefit compared to the 'standard' treadmill. It did arrive needing to be put together -- the delivery was heavy and it was a bit cumbersome to get the 200+ pound box in to our home gym, but we were able to get it put together fairly easily. The end result was worth it! Definitely a good and sturdy piece of equipment. I like how smooth it runs -- as a runner that is the most important part for me. Very easy on my knees, which was the goal. I did receive this item for free - therefore I am able to give my unbiased and authentic opinion and review.

I had been in the market looking for a treadmill that I would enjoy using at home when the weather didn't permit me to run outside. This treadmill has met all my expectations, from durability to how fun it is using iFit with it. I am delighted with this product.

Really awful customer service. "White glove service" nonexistent. Arrived broken. Nothing but issues. Very expensive with no service. Absurd. All my friends love their Peloton products and those were setup and ensure functioning upon delivery.

I've been buying fitness equipment from the Nordic Track family for over 20 years. I know I can count on Nordic for good, quality equipment at a reasonable price. Putting our treadmill together was a bit challenging until I actually took the time to look at the free app. Definitely utilize it to make set up easier. Once set up, everything is easy to use and iFit walks you through everything.

I'm recently got my third piece of equipment from Nordic Track and I'm so pleased with the quality. The warranties provided makes me confident in the company. 2 years ago I had to have a piece fixed under warranty and it was so easy to get a tech to come and fix everything. I plan to be a long-term customer. I received a product discount for taking time to share my experience in this review.

Hands down the best treadmill I have ever owned. I love the iFIT system the treadmill has. I am able to switch up my workouts or do my own thing. Setting up is easy and user friendly. Runs great and is very quite. I don't wake the whole house up unless I turn the speakers up! Bluetooth was easy to connect to my phone to play music while I do my cardio. I will purchase other NordicTrack equipment in the future I'm sure.

I received the treadmill two weeks ago. I made the mistake of quickly storing the treadmill upon receipt to get the delivery guy back on his way. I should have had him move it to its final resting place. I tried to move the pallet but it was entirely too heavy. I had to move the pieces instead, which wasn't difficult at all.
Once I started the dreaded assembly process, it proved to be easier than I though. All the nuts and bolts were labeled and grouped by steps. This however caused me to skip the step for sliding the end caps over the uprights prior to attaching the uprights. Which was my error, all in all the assembly went great. I would say have your power tools available, but make sure you get the screws and nuts/bolts started by hand.
Once I got everything assembled I had to give it a try. I was impressed by iFIT, I learned so much about Giza. To the point we're considering paying for the subscriptions. The cardio seemed effortless, mainly because I was so focused on learning about Giza and anyone who knows me knows I hate cardio.
I would definitely recommend this product.

This has really helped me stay in good running shape for my job. I like the iFIT program the treadmill is equipped with and like that there are on demand trainers that can answer questions. The customer service is also good, they responded quickly to my emails and were very helpful. The treadmill is very smooth and it has been great for my bad knee vs running outdoors.

We got this treadmill to start working out from home. It was a little difficult to assemble, but came out really sturdy. It feels like a good gym quality piece of equipment. The treadmill runs quiet and comes with a fan to help cool you off while you work out. Very satisfied with this so far!

NordicTrack has always been known as a well built, strong & sturdy brand. Now I am excited they have added some fun & stylish features to our newest treadmill! We really have enjoyed the Bluetooth function which allows us to connect our favorite music streaming app or even listen to our favorite movies on the loud speakers while our phone is propped up in the large storage trays. The way the treadmill automatically adjusts the speed & incline during your workout is pretty cool too! We have very much enjoyed our treadmill & highly recommend NordicTrack! NordicTrack has met my expectations in every way. My product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. They were able to assist me when I had difficulty assembling (building things isn't my strong suit!) and the employees I interacted with were kind and professional.

We ordered the X32i treadmill after getting it it would suddenly stop right in the middle of a work out almost causing us to form multiple times. We later find out this is a common problem with this product due to a faulty motherboard issue. They tried to send another motherboard out and said they would send a repair person however after waiting three weeks and no one ever being scheduled we called them back and asked if they would replace the product completely. They said that they would replace the product and the third-party delivery service scheduled for delivery on Wednesday we arranged our schedule for this and then got called later that day to say that they forgot to put it on the truck. They asked if they could reschedule for Monday between eight in the morning and 12 noon. On the day that they are supposed to deliver it they did contact us and say that they overextended their delivers and they need to push it to between five in the evening and nine at night. We did agree to this however when checking to see if it was still going to be delivered we got a hold of the delivery person who said that they would be there between 830 and nine it is now 930 and nobody is answering our phone calls. Between the poor product and the poor delivery service the fact that they are our subcontractors please do not buy a NordicTrack and deal with the same problems that we have.

Nor$#*!track offers high quality products that you can rely on. Their products are user friendly, easy to use, sleek. And modern. Very pleased.

We have had great success with our NordicTrack products. They are solidly built, last a long time, and do exactly what you intend them to do. The latest one we have has all the normal treadmill features but also includes nice speakers with bluetooth audio and a screen for iFit. Nothing overly fancy that you worry it might easily break, but enough features that you have what you need. Our last treadmill worked for years and years and we only got rid of it because we wanted something newer. So overall, happy with the products and would buy again.

The NordicTrack EXP 7i treadmill is ideal for use at home. It is quiet and offers a variety of workout options that fit what I'm looking for in my workouts. Assembling was easy to follow and understand with the BILT app recommended by NordicTrack. They made it close to impossible to mess up on the assembly part. All of the screws and parts are labeled by step numbers in accordance with the instructions guide. The machine itself is very easy to use with the touch screen and one touch key pad. The screen isn't very big compared to the big board, but is very nice to have with the program. It has Bluetooth capabilities as well. When not in use, it can be folded up to save space. Folding up and putting down the treadmill is simple and convenient. It gently descends on its own, which I think is a coolest feature I've ever seen on a workout machine.
