I was provided a piece of equipment in order to thoroughly test it and give my opinion. NordicTrack certainly isn't a new name to my ears. My parents owned equipment made by them, so they've been around the block a time or two. I was able to assemble my treadmill with my husband in about 2 hours. I had a question about a missing washer (turns out it was just stuck to another one) but I contacted NordicTrack through Facebook, and got a very prompt reply. It was nice that the only extra tool I needed was a Phillips head screw driver. Once assembled, it looked nice to the eye, and felt strong and stable while in use. I've enjoyed my daily runs (more like jogs at this point) and really get in a good workout. The onboard iFit program is really phenomenal as well. There's no limit the variety of workouts, and the scenery really spices up what can sometimes feel like a chore.

The NordicTrack Treadmill EXP 7i is a high-quality treadmill. The treadmill works well and is really quiet. Delivery arrived in perfect condition, but it was quite heavy to get into the house. The assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow thanks to the BILT software, which displays the pieces and screws in 3D shapes. The screws were labeled with step numbers that corresponded to the number in the instructions. Although instructions were easy to follow, it was tough to put the machine together due to some issues with the screws not fitting properly, and predrilled holes not aligned with each other. I had to contact customer service for assistance. The customer service department was accommodating and responsive. NordicTrack's customer service immediately resolved the issue by shipping me new screws. I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a product and I do a lot of purchasing so that's saying a lot! The Nordictrack Commercial Treadmill 1750 that I ordered came damaged three times and I had to refuse delivery. They have now processed my refund without the $249 I paid for shipping/white glove delivery (assembly of treadmill)! I never received the treadmill so what are you charging me for?

The first time the treadmill came to me damaged it was apparent that a forklift had actually pierced the box all the way through which bent the entire frame! Each time I called Nordictrack there was no explanation or assurance that this product would not ship out to me again damaged nor were they able to expedite the replacements. On top of this the shipping companies Nordictrack uses are equally unprofessional and abrasive, I was hung up on twice and told it wasn't their problem. After months of trying to get this treadmill I have given up. Stay away from Nordictrack and Ship Right! What a complete waste of time.

I continue to be absolutely floored by NordicTrack's horrible customer service. Refund my full amount you crooks!

Lets start with the way it arrived > It was packaged well and the building process was documented very well on their BILT app as well as in their manual. I preferred the app as it was very interactive. That was a plus for sure and made this a bit easier.
The folding mechanism works great but we have enough space for now to have it laying out flat but functionality wise works well. The treadmill itself can accommodate very fulfilling runs/walks indoors for both my wife and I, the iFIT program is incredible and supports the treadmill really well. Thats something my old treadmill could not handle. From a noise perspective, its quiet compared to our old one so we are happy with that. As its lying in our basement, we dont have any noise concerns.
Next is the touch screen, Bluetooth, speakers, fan features > these all work just as you would imagine they would out of the box. Easily compatible with my android device so no issues there. The most enjoyed feature for us is the touch screen and having the ability to run alongside trainers to motivate you, that is new for us and we are loving it.
The build > Its manufactured really well and I can tell from putting it together, this will last a long while.

Received my treadmill a few weeks ago, and I love it. We put it together in one day with the use of the 3D directions on our phone, and began using it immediately. Even my teenage son uses it. He turns on his music and gets his miles in. Received this product at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

I haven't had a NordicTrack item yet that I haven't loved! Most recently I got a treadmill in exchange for my honest review and I am loving it so much! It's so nice not to have to get out into the cold or rainy weather when I need to get a workout in,

I needed a treadmill so I could continue on with exercising when the outside weather is less than ideal. The setup is simple with an app that help guide you very easily. I love how the hardware is vacuumed seal with explicit details of what step you will need them instead of scattered in a random bag.

This brand has always had top notch fitness equipment. We recently got a treadmill and it is amazing! It runs smoothly while walking or running. The speakers are super clear and the fan helps to cool you off when needed. The safety key works as it should. The controls on the board are simple to use with one touch. My favorite part is that it folds up easily to be set to the side of the room to free up space to do other workouts I'd like to do too. I was given a discount on this product for my honest feedback.

I recently chose to get a treadmill through this company. For the most part I could put it together myself with a couple times I need help from another person. After getting it all together something wasn't correct so I decided to reach out to their customer service for extra help. What a great experience! I have to say that I have been very impressed with our new NordicTrack treadmill. I use it for walking and incline workouts, but my wife uses it for running. IFIT gave me this product and here is what i think, you need this therapy gun. I've had it for well over 20 days now and have used it it ritually. I stand for about 8 hours a day for work and I don't wear the appropriate shoes for stand so yes, my feet always hurt when I come home. This therapy gun has been amazing! It has helped roll those knots out of my feet, my calves and my thighs. I even use it on my shoulders and my neck. What I love the most is that it comes with IFIT programs!
