I joined Next Medical a couple weeks ago. I've been waiting for an update and didn't want to have to call and be on hold etc. I sent an email and within 20 minutes, JM contacted me via text message and spent 30 minutes answering my questions and solving my problems. It's great to be able to have such a convenient medical service with access to someone all the time. Thank you JM and Next Medical!

The whole experience was super long, but to be fair I started this the second week of December. Trina, from Customer Service, was amazing though. She was super communicative, would call, text, or email me with updates! My pharmacy had a back order so Trina suggested I find other pharmacies. Once we did the the new pharm put my wrong insurance number in, but Trina was a warrior. She really helped me figure everything out and super excited to start my journey!
Received call from Alex. M. He was very informative and knowledgeable regarding my medication choices and prescription. Ty alex

The staff does their best to keep up with Cust demands. The problem lies with insurance companies as they do not respond back to NextMed in a timely manner. Also, call your pharmacy in advance & ask them which medications are on back order BEFORE NextMed has their physician to prescribe med.

Today I got help from JM and she was so great! Instead of emailing, she called me directly when I was available and made sure she was able to reach me to confirm my prescription and get it successfully approved. She was courteous, and very pleasant to talk to… definitely a great customer service rep! :)
JM was very prompt, respectful and friendly in answering my questions about my prescription. She made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence that she will be able to process things smoothly. I appreciate the high level of customer I've received.
I've been working with JM for a week on various challenges with obtaining a refill of my medication. My insurance changed administrators and we had a couple of other issues that she has helped me with. She's been friendly, professional, forthcoming, responsive and continued to follow up with me daily. I am more than pleased with her service and the solutions she was able to put into place for me.?
I have had very poor communication with your program until I was finally able to speak to an actual person. JM was able to reassure me for now. JM answered my questions and helped me go forward with the Lab process. I will hold off on five stars until I see how things go but JMdid make me more at ease. Thank you, MRB
It seemed to be slow starting but once Rena wad involvement the meds were at the pharmacy the next day. She even followed up to make sure the prescription had been filled and text me to let me know. She was very pleasant to work with.

I have a been a little concerned about next med after seeing some reviews. I finally saw some traction when a med was declined by my insurance and next med perscribed me another one. Unfortunately, that medication wasn't going to work out for me as it was a daily shot. I reached out to next med and asked to swing in pre approval for another medication. They said that they did this. A couple of days after this request I received a letter from my insurance that medication #1 was denied (which I already knew) but that medication #3 would be approved. I quickly reached out to next med because this was the medication that I requested. JM reached out to me and called me and made sure I was able to continue speaking to her. During this call I found out that medication #3 was never submitted for preapproval which was very disappointing. Especially after I have already paid for 2 months with still no meds. JM was able to submit the preapproval request with me on the phone and quickly got a pre authorization. She then relayed this information to the doctor to be able to send in my prescription. I hope that with JM & David I will soon get my medication so I can start my weight loss journey.

I've been using NextMed since Nov '22 to enroll in their weight management program. Right after I paid the initial fee, I got my labs scheduled, and within ten days I had my program and my prospection started. After sharing my insurance details and my local pharmacy details, I got my prescription, and I followed up with the doctors. Since then I've noticed weight loss results that were very difficult for me to achieve previously. I've definitely coupled the medication with a healthy food plan and walking 10k steps every day, and I am very happy that I'm getting the results that I'm looking for! Communication was initially a little bit difficult over the portal and email, but then once I got assigned a Customer Support Agent (Nico R), he was a tremendous help with liaising with the doctor and getting my prescription refilled. He is very responsive over text in no time and made my experience way easier. Thanks Nico.
