Please I need help for name missing one letter to the last name

I made a reservation with you on September 24, that is, two days ago (48 hours) and I received a message with a request number where they say that in a maximum of 12 hours the confirmation reservation would arrive and it is at the moment of this response that nothing arrives. I entered my booking and it gives me something like I have absolutely nothing with you.

Where do I start. You have to check a box to not be emailed with offers, while virtually every other place you find this option, you have to uncheck the box to op out. Clearly designed to trick you into joining an email list. You have to deselect a dozen offers (which is unfortunately not uncommon). However, the worst part is that I get a message one button before hitting confirm that the price has gone up by $100.

I get bombarded with about 15 offers to pay more. What's worse, I was forced to pay $5 for a seat before continuing to book.

Site increased price during payment. Almost like bate and switch

I checked the amount and received the OTP but didn't enter the code. However, my ticket was confirmed, and money was deducted from my account. The price initially displayed was lower, but at the end, it asked for double the amount.
