I called their customer support to cancel my flights to Brazil due to emergency blood clot removal from heart surgery. The representative stated that I only had 2 choices, take the trip or cancel it. So, I had to cancel. I contacted the airline and they stated that they would not consider a refund & that I had to go back to this agency. I did contact them again and they won't budge on considering the refund. They said that "You stated to go ahead and cancel" which completely ignored my comments relating to the first contact with their representatives.
So far so good. Everything in self explanatory form. Easy to get around and pick what you and pay for what you want.

Booked a flight today, website clearly stated a amount and then when you put all the information in and your credit card details in and submit it for processing it changes the amount, charged me a $1000 over. Called customer service in minutes after that and it was like they were ready for the bait and switch conversation. First they refused to acknowledge that the website stated the $1450 odd amount and said it always said $2300 and then after checking accepted that it was switched. Also made the build the deal again 2 times showing a lower amount that it stated before. Then was told this is how it is always done. Do it again and it will happen to you again, trued blaming the airline. Then they say you cancel and we will charge you so don't cancel. Then more lies, then it was lie after lie.kept on calling them out and catching the lie. Foolish of me to not read reviews, this company lives off that. Tickets have not been issued yet, you bait and switch the price and take people's money.customer service keeps changing there words except for oh you are going to be charged, we got you.

Price increase at the very end after clicking "pay". Total scam. MyTrip had me go thru 30 steps to decline every single add one they tried to throw at me, and then after i inputted by info, and cc number they increased the price.

They are thieves and would say and do anything to get you to wait and don't get back to you even though they are the ones who are delaying the process. I was charged double the ticket fare and when I read the reviews, I realised they are notorious for it.
Avoid Using MyTrip.com - They Took My Money with No Refund
I want to share my experience to caution others about using MyTrip.com. I was a regular client and made several flight bookings through this platform. However, my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.
Three months ago, I booked a flight to Cyprus using MyTrip.com. Shortly after, Cyprus Airways canceled the flight, leaving me with a canceled trip. I followed the normal procedure on the MyTrip.com app to request a refund for the amount I had already paid. Since then, I have contacted MyTrip.com's support team numerous times, but they have consistently refused to process my refund. Their excuse is that Cyprus Airways has not refunded the money yet.
I explained repeatedly that my booking was made through MyTrip.com, not directly with Cyprus Airways, and this issue should not be my responsibility. To clarify further, I even contacted Cyprus Airways, who confirmed that they do not have my money and advised me to resolve the matter with MyTrip.com, asking me not to contact them again.
They are being dishonest by responding to my reviews with the claim that I requested a refund on November 21. However, I have their email confirming that the flight was canceled on October 2, and they began processing the refund from that date (reference available). I strongly suspect they are misusing their clients' money in an unethical manner.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using MyTrip.com to avoid similar issues.
I've booked with this website twice, and there are problems for both of them. The first one, I traveled to Sydney by AirAsia Airline with connecting to Malaysia. The first flight was delayed cause me couldn't catch the next flight in time.
The second one, I traveled to Istanbul by China Eastern. They canceled my flight within only 14 days before the flight. And Mytrip can not ensure me I would get a full refund or not, so I had to made another booking with other website instead.
