When I booked my flights I also paid for reserved seats. In the website I was not allowed to make the reservations. There does not seem to be a way to do at all. Very disappointing.

I was cautious about booking with MyTrip, but I really wanted to visit Florida during the northern freeze. I did get my flights for a very good price, on two different airlines (2 one way tickets); fortunately they were short, direct flights purchased close to the departure date. For the most part, all worked out well. I even got a refund for my seat selection on Spirit, which didn't go through (some technical error). I don't mind a random seat on a 3 hour flight.
The part I was not tremendously pleased with were the extras I paid for, like having my check-in and boarding pass sent to me by MyTrip or AirHelp...that did NOT happen. Their computer was supposed to do my check-in and send me my boarding pass via email or text, but nothing happened. I was not able to check-in on the airline websites or apps either, which was strange. I was blocked from that, which I suspect has to do with MyTrip. So, I did all that at the airport. There were a few emails, but not about the services I paid extra for. That was disappointing and there's NO WAY to get in touch with either company to ask for a refund of those items. Luckily they were not a big cost and I did get a good price on my trip. I am wary of using them again, however, due to many negative reviews online. I would rate my impression as fair, not excellent, due to the technical details I was expecting. I am glad I got my short getaway of 6 days at a fair price, so I give them credit for that.
I would not like to book a big expensive airfare and have the trip go down the drain due to cancellations, etc. I've read many stories about people not getting any refunds after paying for trip protection. They need to have a customer service line so people can communicate with them.
I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do NOT book with mytrip. I paid extra for a completely flexible, refundable ticket and checked baggage. My flight out, the airline had no idea about my checked baggage. I then wanted to change my return flight and mytrip said it wasn't possible and blamed it on the airline. When I asked for a refund for at least the extra paid for flexibility, they hung up on me. They provided terrible customer service, charge for services they don't provide and are basically a scam organisation.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
