I will never allow my friends, relatives and colleagues suffer the same ordeal this Greek company have made me go through. By far the worst travel agency I have ever used. I will never ever use this site in the future and I will warn everyone that I know to avoid My trip.com like a disease. I hope their guilt will make you live their lives well after they rubbed me off my hard earned money. How can you be allowed to operate in the UK when you don't even have a contactable number. You charge your costumer more than half of the airfare worth of penalties when they want their information changed. Even the actual Airline companies won't change half of what you are charging and just because you are not contactable you can very well do so? I hope the watchdog will get you
I tried to reach them several times via phone and email. I asked to speak to a supervisor, waited for over 15 minutes and then was hung up on. I called back, was on hold and then hung up on again. Do not recommend. The customer service woman spoke good English and was polite but offered no suitable resolution before putting me on hold.
Accidently made a mistake booking the flight, immediately requested a cancellation, but have not heard back from them after 8 days. Their phone number can only be phoned from the UK, so no possibility to do that. After reading the reviews I see almost everyone has this problem. Absolutely disgusting.

Purchased a ticket paid for the seat selection all the way going and coming back and no seats were reserved. Seat selection was like a fifth of the total ticket price and yet not fulfilled. Thanks for at least talking to me when I rang.
I must say that the original booking process was relatively straight forward. The unforeseen all too common extra charges weren't that bad. Had to pay for a support package' - surely you would expect a travel agent to support its customers regardless! I paid for the choose seats' option only to be informed afterwards that it just meant that they will request that we sit together - there is NO choice of seat involved - misleading. We are flying with Gulf Air and if I try to manage my booking with Gulf Air it states that my PNR is restricted, in other words only mytrip can change my booking and there is where the problems start. Trying to contact mytrip is an expensive, time consuming and fruitless exercise. The only way is to call a premium rate number that is presented on all emails and their website as *******881 it is not stated that it's a premium number and there is no alternative, not sure but I thought that it's a legal requirement now. I also feel that it's presented in that way to disguise the fact that it's a 0844 number. I've called three times now - times of waiting to actually speak to someone has varied between 40mins & 105mins. Each time the immediate answer is contact the airline - what's the point in buying a support package - then when I've said that the airline have said that only mytrip can change the flight I've been told that there will be an administration charge and someone one will call me back - 10 days and I'm still waiting.
If you make a booking and have no reason for changes to be made by yourself or the airline/hotel etc., and don't have the need of support and guidance from a customer service team then mytrip may be for you. Personally I will not be using them again.

I would strongly advise booking direct with the airline or checking out that the booking company is easily contactable without paying premium rates.
The only way I was able to speak to someone was by calling Greece at great expense. The uk number... didn't answer and wasted a lot of time and money.
The final upset was that I paid extra for Mytrip to check me in. They failed to do this until many hours after check in started, so I got the last seat on the plane.
Got names wrong way round. Demanded $100 to change name. I refused at first, now they wont even answer the phone or email back!
Read the posts below and you'll get the idea. Everyone has a problem with there booking and that's intentional. Actually when you book there isn't an option for your middle name, although the small print explains you to call them if you need to ad one.
That's the point everything is set up so you have to call them. There numbers are set to premium rates and calls can cost about 50 euros each call.
Also they'll try to charge you extra fees all the way.
Avoid the cheating greeks and just call the airline and get them to change it for you. That's what we did after not paying enough attention and accidentally booking through these dishonest people. I still guest reporting them to consumer affairs in you respective countries too.
Extremely bad! I have not been reimbursed for 8 flights cancelled by the airlines two months ago! Unable to speak with any customer service rep - instead one has to email if you reside in North America. I will never use mytrip again and my mission is to let others know of the very poor customer service.

Amsterdam, with a transfer in Lisbon. On the 4th of January we received a
Message that our flights have changed. As a result, the connecting
Flight, leaves prior to our first flight.
For us it is impossible to arrive to our destination.
Since we have paid
For tickets to fly from Terceira to Amsterdam, we kindly ask Mytrip to
Provide us with these tickets.
We have also advised them a new connecting flight that meets the
Criteria of minimum transfer-time (which is stated in their Terms and
Conditions).
They refuse to help us unless we pay more money.
Since this is an involuntary change of flights,
That we can't even solve with the airline directly (the airline is
Unauthorised to change the tickets unless MyTrip requests this),
Leaving us with useless tickets that we bought from Mytrip,
We urged Mytrip to provide the service necessary to meet their end of the purchase.
So far we haven't received any service, nor proper tickets, nor have they responded to our email, nor have they returned our call.

I bought a ticket, from Melbourne to Dubai, didn't receive my E ticket they made a mistake with my last name which they couldn't change, then when i asked them to cancel the booking they said that cancellation fee is $500 considering it hasn't been 24hours since ive booked.

My son bought a ticket through mytrip.com on August and received a confirmed flight booking. When he checked-in his ticket 3 hours before the flight we found out that it was not a valid ticket. We tried to ring the *******881 but to no success..."Sorry we are having technical difficulties. Please call again later"... so almost 2 hours trying same technical issues. Im glad that we were able to locate the Greece company through the invoice receipt and they were able to sort the problem 1.5 hrs before the flight. His flight was Auckland to Hongkong (boarding pass was issued at Auckland Airport) but the boarding pass for Hongkong to Cebu will be issued in Hongkong. Hopefully my son will reach his destination without any problem by tomorrow. I will never use this site MYTRIP.COM.
I recently booked tickets from Jeddah-Toronto-Jeddah and bought a fully flexible ticket. Now when i try to cancel it just after a week of booking the ticket, they are saying they will deduct almost the entire amount even though it is a flexible ticket. Let me tell you here that I paid extra 2200 Saudi riyals to get the flexible ticket. Since I was left with no other options I thought I should just change the travel date and requested for a date change twice, to no avail. Their customer service sucks. Now I know the reason why they don't have any email address on their website because they don't want unhappy customers to even voice their opinions. THEY ARE DUPING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MISREPRESENTING SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
We booked business class tickets for the whole family (business flex), the airline was Lufthansa. We had to cancel due to poor health of our child. They swallowed 40% of the total paid price. The claim that the 40% of the cash withheld was on account of "airline taxes". If you have time, patience and gumption to read reams of terms and conditions then by all means book with them. If not, then take your business elsewhere. Additionally, airlines must be aware of such predatory website, why are they allowing such bad actors to sell their tickets?

Ok, let me explain in a simple way: mytrip.com is all good if u r looking for a good travel deal and assuming everything is going to be alright until u get on board.

If any unexpected things happen like a situation where u can't travel, then things will be extremely terrible with mytrip.
One week before my flight, I met up with an accident. The first thing I did was to email them to help me either to cancel or change the dates. Each request u place will take at least two days to get any response and the response will be absolutely useless. It's been a week so far since this ping pong game is going on. My flight I'd tomorrow and until today, my flight tickets Are not cancelled. I am expect a 3k USD loss due to this terrible service from mytrip. I even tried to call them to their expensive UK number but always I was on hold for 15-20 minutes. I had to disconnect as the call from Singapore was rediculously expensive.
So guys, a small advice: avoid them! A few bucks great flight deal is worthless as their customer service is extremely rediculous
I booked flight with this company and needed to cancel. They agreed to give me a refund. But months later I still didn't receive the refund. When I called up they claimed they paid me a month ago. Obviously they didn't as I didn't receive it. I don't know how the financial services still allow an obvious fraudulent company to operate, scamming the public. Its outrageous that they are still operating.
