Then it said it would take up to 3 days for my flight to be approved. I could have booked it directly on the plane's website for the same price but with less hassles.

I purchased a return flight ticket to Lusaka from Gaborone. I left Gaborone on the 27 April 2025 and was to return back to Gaborone on the 14 May 2025. Upon arrival at the airport I was told my flight to Gaborone is cancelled and rescheduled to 16 May 2025. On the 16 May I was told to buy a new ticket to Gaborone since I can't use the cancelled one. Am kindly asking for a refund.
