My daughter fell in love with this dress so without reading reviews, we ordered it. We were excited because there were so many colors to choose from. After placing the order, I researched the company and found that they take photos from designer dresses, and post as their own. I truly thought we would be scammed out of $128.
I submitted a few tickets that were never replied to which just confirmed we were going to have to find another dress. I finally received a random reply via their chat assistance log through email which included a link for tracking. I was shocked.
We ordered it on 9/15/23 and it arrived yesterday 10/2/23. The dress actually looks beautiful. If you examine it closely you can tell that there are some fabric areas that need cleaned up with trimming and it's not exactly like the designer gown in the photo. HOWEVER, for the price, and the replica of the dress I received… I would order again!

They where formal and straight to the point considering my dress. I bought three dresses for my school dances and so far they have kept up with giving me updates and letting me know how far they where in making my dresses.

Their return policy is a bunch of crap! Ordered a bridal gown was not a custom order! It was to big and the cheaply made. Return policy says to notify them within 7 days of receiving. Emailed and called but wouldn't accept a return. Dress was only tried on one time and is still in same condition as received. Now have a dress that my daughter can not wear! Will never again order anything from this company!

Wrong colour wisteria ordered and sent dusty pink. Will not accept return and claim purple is now pink despite me sending the website pictures to show otherwise. Dress sent from China not the UK as per website implies.

Amazing dress I loved it and everyone else did! The customer service is great as well and I also got my dress a few days earlier then expected!

Ordered my dress April 9th, they said Id get it April 30th, then said Id get it by May 7th, then said Id get it by May 20th. I still do not have it in on May 27th, and they will not answer any of my emails. I filed a dispute with PayPal because I am 9.5/10 sure they are scamming me.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Milly Bridal. The dress I ordered was a standard size from their website, not a custom order. I paid $25 for 3-4 day shipping. After not receiving shipping confirmation after a week, I contacted them and was told that they custom make all their dresses. Wouldn't it be nice to know that upfront and not be mislead with the fast shipping listed? I believe they do that because their return policy on custom made dresses is "no returns". 5 weeks later, I have received my daughters dress. She missed both of the dances she was supposed to go to because she didn't have a dress. The dress isn't even high quality. Their measuring tape must be in a different measurement system that what their sizing information says. I bought a size with measurements that would fit a size D chest. If she wear a size B, we could maybe squeeze her chest into it if she was willing to not breathe while she wore it. Do NOT buy from this company.

Ordered a custom prom dress for my daughter, it arrived ridiculously big. I contacted the seller and was told they could do nothing. I asked if they could just take it in as I still wanted the dress, they wouldn't. Such a shame they have terrible customer service

I have used the portal to submit a ticket AND the WhatsApp account the contacted to confirm measurements. Dress ordered 3/9,15 day lead time to ship, paid for express shipping. Should have been here 3/27 and it still is processing and not even shipped. Wedding on 4/4 and I had to go buy another dress. And still don't have my money back. Don't buy from them.

Bought a dress from here for the ball. The process was super easy, got to choose the colour of my dress and the dress was made to fit my exact measurements. The woman making the dress was really lovely and even emailed to check my measurements were correct and then again to check my dress arrived okay. Which it had, earlier than expected! Fit perfectly and I got so many wonderful comments on my dress. Really happy with this service and would defo otely order another dress from here again! Thanks so much

The picture online is nothing like the one I received nor the one in the photo Milly sent me. The online image is a misrepresentation of the quality of work they are shipping out. Please see the difference below. The website picture is photoshopped where the trumpet part starts. This is false advertising and completely unacceptable.

Upon receiving my dress, the color of the dress does not resemble the selected color on the website. The return policy clearly states that you are entitled to a return if the color is not correct and they would not grant me my return. Aside from that fact, the dress did not fit as desired so they are NOT true to size. I would not recommend purchasing from this website. They are not helpful and you will not be satisfied.

We ordered a dress from Millybridal and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. They double checked on the measurements multiple times to confirm. Shipping was done in a timely manner and once we've received the dress, everyone complimented my daughter on how beautiful it was. We're definitely using the company again for a future purchase.

I had apprehensions about ordering bridesmaids dresses online however after a friend had recommended Milly Bridal to me, I went ahead with my order.

Two of the three dresses I ordered were custom. One arrived a week before the others and it fit like a glove. The quality was way beyond my expectations.

The last two dresses arrived a week later and during this week I contacted them to ask where they were and they explained that covid had meant there was a bit of a delay. They arrived a couple of days later and again the quality and fit was spot on.

I can't recommend them enough. They deliver on service and quality and I am over the moon.
