Absolutely loved the dress we ordered for my daughter's senior prom. It fit her perfectly, and was super comfortable. The material was stretchy but thick and substantial. We measured her carefully and ordered the dress in emerald color size 0. She is 5'8" It also shipped before it was promised. Will Definitely order from Stacee's again.
I ordered my daughter's prom dress and it was tailored well based on measurements and the color. Then I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses and 2 fit my daughters well but the color was brighter than what was described and pictured while my dress didn't fit well despite sending in proper measurements and my dress color was completely off. I don't look like I belong in the same bridal party.
I placed my order online, a little nervous bc I have never ordered a formal online and also it was for my daughter's prom. The dress timeline was correct! I received the dress on time and it was high quality, fit beautifully and was absolutely gorgeous!

Read reviews before purchasing. This company does not live up to the refund policy and tries to negotiate to keep you from returning. I had to submit a claim with Paypal after several days of repeated inquiries asking for an address to return and they refused to provide it. They also put business responsibility on the customer.

Make sure you have your measurements correct. I loved the dresses I ordered but one dress was far too big. You can't simply exchange it. You are offered a quarter of the price in exchange for keeping it because the price of sending back is extremely expensive.

I got a great dress that arrived on time. Great fabric and excellent stitching. Match your size to the website measurements. I am a size small but ordered a medium. It was just right. It fits beautifully. I have had a great experience with this website.

As my daughter's for was approaching, she picked the style and colour, when ordering Stacies had sent instructions on how to measure for the dress. Not only was the dress stunning when arrived but when my daughter tried it on to my amazement it was a perfect fit and no alterations where needed, the work into the dress was perfect and my daughter was delighted. With this in mind the price was outstanding and delivery was very quick too, although did prefer the packaging to have a hanging dress cover but I will say when we received it I hung it up after the try on and the wrinkles fell out within 2 days, would definately highly recommend and for my daughter's next formal there will be no hesitation to buy off Stacies again, excellent experience throughout service

0 stars! Wish I had read the thousands of reviews prior to ordering. Although website looks legitimate and they say returns are accepted if not satisfied - this is not true! Same as everyone else, ordered a dress, standard size and was not happy with look and quality. Dress was $136, followed return request instructions and they came back with offering to credit me back $30 and not return. Back and forth, still have not provided me with return address. Somehow, every dress on website has 5 star reviews, they obviously remove any negative reviews, as there are thousands available with a quick search. Total scammers, all complaints are the same, offer a fraction of cost, won't let you return. Unsavory business practices and false advertising. DO NOT ORDER from Stacee's and tell everyone you know

We love the dress! It fit perfectly, and looked beautiful! My daughter got so many compliments on it. The customer service is outstanding. The original dress we ordered to custom specifications had a problem, and the customer service was very thorough and excellent to work with. The formal dress l choose was emerald green was it was absolutely gorgeous. The sequence fabric was glittery. I had alterations done for the length since l don't wear heels. I wear an 18 and went up a size 20.

I would 100% recommend stacees.
I ordered my daughters formal dress and stacees kept in contact from I placed my order. Asked me measurements even though I ordered a size rather than custom made.
Meaning I didn't need to have the dress altered at all. It arrived within the delivery time. The dress arrived the perfect colour, style, material and fit. It just needed hung and steamed to smooth.

The dress was picked out but we were worried about sizing. We went by the chart given and hoped for the best. The dress was delivered earlier than expected (wonderful). She put the dress on and it was as close to perfect as we had hoped. A small adjustment under the are (since it was strapless) and it was perfect. With it being satin, we did go up an inch in sizing so she could sit down without the fear of messing up a seam..

From start to finish was a great experience. We custom sized my daughter's dress and it fit perfectly! The quality and craftsmanship of the dress was amazing. She has had so many compliments and has had people ask if they can rent it from her! I was a little worried with some of the reviews but we took a chance and extremely happy we did! Was worried when l purchased this dress. But when it arrived it was perfect for my Granddaughter. She looks like the princess she wanted to be. To my mind it was half the price of the dresses in the prom shop. Just remember to check the size guide not the dress size when ordering.
