The dress was picked out but we were worried about sizing. We went by the chart given and hoped for the best. The dress was delivered earlier than expected (wonderful). She put the dress on and it was as close to perfect as we had hoped. A small adjustment under the are (since it was strapless) and it was perfect. With it being satin, we did go up an inch in sizing so she could sit down without the fear of messing up a seam..
From start to finish was a great experience. We custom sized my daughter's dress and it fit perfectly! The quality and craftsmanship of the dress was amazing. She has had so many compliments and has had people ask if they can rent it from her! I was a little worried with some of the reviews but we took a chance and extremely happy we did! We will be ordering from Stacee's again!

I ordered 4 dresses to ship in 48 hours. Received email that said 2 of them could not be delivered in that timeframe and they were cancelled. I contacted customer support to see if I could replace those 2 dresses with two others and they said I could not edit my order. I had to order them separately and pay another $75 shipping fee!

Was worried when l purchased this dress. But when it arrived it was perfect for my Granddaughter. She looks like the princess she wanted to be. To my mind it was half the price of the dresses in the prom shop. Just remember to check the size guide not the dress size when ordering.

The hardest part of shopping Stacee's dresses is choosing a style. Ordering is super easy! Stacee's makes it easy to track your order as well. Last year, I ordered my daughter's prom dress customized with her measurements. The dress arrived ready to wear and fit perfectly! This year (due to needing the dress fast) I ordered the size closest to her measurements. I am confident that she will have a great experience with the quality and fit.

I bought a dress for prom and it looks gorgeous. The issue was with the pad being too small. I didn't have enough time to get it fixed because it came 3 or 4 days before my prom. So, I got a new dress from a local store. When I contacted costumer service about a return, because it was standard size and seemed to meet return requirements. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They have yet to answer me and it has been over 3 weeks since I have heard anything. I had contacted them a few days after getting the dress, so it was within the two week period for returns. I have sent two more messages since then, but still have not gotten a response. The dress was around $180 with shipping and The new dress I had to rush to get was closer to $400.

Make sure you have your measurements correct. I loved the dresses I ordered but one dress was far too big. You can't simply exchange it. You are offered a quarter of the price in exchange for keeping it because the price of sending back is extremely expensive.

Kept declining my card despite verifying sufficient funds and reaching out to customer service at my bank. Customer service at the bank verified that it was a website issue at Stacees not with my card. Sure hope this doesn't result in my daughter's dress being late because it couldn't be ordered timely. Took us 2 days to get the website to work.

I ordered a dress from here for my daughter's prom. It doesn't fit, is not good quality, and the return process is a nightmare. They've emailed back and forth with me over 10 times trying to negotiate with me to "keep the beautiful dress they made me." I'm only getting 70% of my money back and paying a ridiculous return fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM STORE!

We are ordering our 3rd dress from Stacee's. We have found the measurements to be very accurate. So be sure to measure yourself and order the size your measurements indicate. The colors have been very true to the image shown and really beautiful in person. The quality of the dresses have been really great. The fabric, the sequins and the sewing have all been good. No popped seems or wonky anything. 10 out 10 recommend. Fast shipping especially on the 48 hour dresses. We ordered 1 that took about 2 weeks to make and a week for shipping. If you need a dress sooner than that order a 48hr option.
