My daughter needed a dress for a competition and she wanted something that was very princess like. Our experience was fantastic, easy to order, updated on the delivery status. Speed of delivery was great and the finished product was stunning! My daughter went on to win the competition and will be purchasing her next dress again from here.
The website states that they accept returns and will refund you, but they are trying to offer me $45 to keep the dresses and try selling them on my own! I do not need any other dresses and I simply want to return the two that I bought and get my $346 back!

I ordered this exact dress previously and it came in early which was great but was too short by about 10 inches. I'm not sure if I measured wrong during the custom measurements or what happened. The dress was beautiful but we are PRAYING a new one comes in on time for prom.

I ordered two dresses from stacees for my sons wedding. One for a formal dinner on the Fri evening and one for the wedding on the Saturday. I ordered a size 14 in both but stacees came back to me, asking for my exact measurements and they would custom make them. Both dresses arrived within 3 weeks and they are brilliant. Well made, lovely material and exactly as they were shown on the website.
The wedding is in may so can't wait to wear them. Thank you Stacees and all your helpful staff.

This is one of the few stores I could find a light green dress with pockets for graduation. God bless!
Buyer beware. You will not be able to return the dresses if you change your mind/they do not fit. They will offer you £50 instead. Customer service is shocking. Not convinced I will receive my money back. Absolutely furious. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a custom size and the dress still shipped out quickly. We had one little piece of boning that wasnt tucked into a seam and Stacees customer care was fast and efficient handling our concern. Dress was beautiful
