The dress arrived within the time frame originally stated when ordered and was of higher quality than I anticipated. I got a little nervous after seeing some poor reviews about orders never showing up but we had no issues. I would recommend.

First of all this isn't a scam page, I did have my doubts like all overseas pages. But no dress was amazing, quick postage less than a month to nz, comes in a cute wee bag, wrapped up. Material is lace n satin. Perfect fit. Beading n corset amazing it looks stunning on. So worth the price. Definitely recommend to all.

Buyer beware! This company does not honor their return policy. Before ordering my daughters dress online, I did my due diligence and researched their return policy which states that returns are refunded as long as the dress is not a custom size. When my daughter's dress arrived way too long, I followed the return policy steps. After several back and forth honors, the truth finally revealed itself. Stacees gives you two options: keep the dress or be charged a 30 percent restocking fee! There is no mention of this fee in their return policy which left me feeling frustrated. Consumers should be told the truth up front in the return policy specifications so they can make an informed decision about purchasing.

I had seen some mixed reviews online but decided to go with the majority of positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I sized up as I know there is an issue with returns. I thought if I went a size up the prices are so reasonable that if I had to pay for alterations that the overall costs would be cheaper than the price on some dresses alone in the UK. I also ordered colour swatches before ordering and I found this useful. The dresses are beautiful and a great quality of fabric

Customer Service is very fast and reliable through email. My daughter loved her dress and it fit perfectly when we gave her exact measurements. I recommend sending you exact measurements rather than going by general size. Everyone commented on how beautiful her dress was, and for a good price. Very happy!

My dress ended up being too short and I asked if they could ship me 2 yards of material to add another ruffle and they got right on it. I was so impressed and thankful that they came through and saved the day!
