As I am an empty-nester and single, Maxsold has allowed me to replace my old worn out furnishing with quality items at affordable prices. I have also been able to get rid of a lot of the extra items that you somehow accumulate while raising a family in a quick and relatively easy manner. I have had mixed experiences with Maxsold employees but 95% have been friendly, helpful and professional. I have and will continue to recommmend Maxsold to both buyers and sellers.

In the past my main method of selling had locally advertised sales (estate, content and other) It was cumbersome and I was often visited by the same dealers over and over again. Now using the Maxsold platform the exposure is so much greater I get far more and many different types of buyers. It also has increased the average price on almost every item.The behind the scenes support has been quite awesome. The ease of process is pretty outstanding as well. It has always been timely! I know when working with an executor and or estate representative the importance of having complete transparency cannot be understated - Maxsold has it!

I enjoy looking through Maxsold auctions for treasures! You can do so right in the comfort of your home on your computer. Great auction lots with many photos. All start at low prices, it is up to you how much you spend. They clearly give you times and addresses for pick-up. They take you from item to item for you to pack up and load in your car/van/truck. Boy was this easy. I got a huge cabinet I've been looking for a long time for such a low price! It was easy to deal with the person at the pick up, bidding was super easy, and I couldn't be happier!

I have to admit to being skeptical of this process to start with but I am totally sold now. Sometimes the prices go quite high (good for the seller) and sometimes they go quite low (good for the buyer). I have found the descriptions to generally be accurate and the process of bidding as well as picking up to be quite organized. The major advantage to the seller is that your stuff is sold and gone in a short time period. For a buyer, you don't have to spend all day at a brick & mortar auction or drive all over town to yard sales. Shop from the comfort of your home & make one trip to pick everything up.

I have been using Maxsold now for about 5 months and I couldn't be more pleased with the items that I have purchased. However, believe it or not, this is not why I love Maxsold - it's the people who I meet at each pickup location! Since I have become a regular buyer, I usually see the same employees from Maxsold and they are always so pleasant and helpful! It is almost as if I am visiting old friends! They are informative and always call my be name when I get there, which is really nice to be so fondly recognized! It's kind of like a fusion of the sitcom Friends meets Storage Wars (without the phony Hollywood garbage!).

I have been doing online auction buying, (and one recent sale), with several different Auction Houses for about two years now. My experience ranges from other auction places as "I will never deal with that place again" to "Wow, look at that, fantastic" with Maxsold.
I have had many great experiences with MaxSold, and even when a mistake happens, they go out of their way to correct it! This in my opinion, the true measure of a company, as anyone can make a mistake, but it is how a company deals with it that makes the difference. They make every effort to make it right.
