Everybody is very helpful and considerate, and always gives me the information and the courtesy that I need always helps me with my problems which are few and far in between but everybody and now and again gets an issue. You always resolve it for me I love luminous as a cosmetologist for 30 years. I have recommended Your product too many.

Goes on smooth and easy. Used it years ago but I like it much better now. The new brush on style is so much easier and gives the same look. The foundation is so light you don't even feel like you are wearing any. Simply love it!
I won't buy from anywhere you can't physically see these things, it's always a shade or 2 darker, no matter what, its a guessing game to me, and what a hassle, returning things and exchanging again and again. I still have the luminescent wand and makeup which it's stayed very cool so it's still all good but 5 yrs plus on that. Also wrong tones or shades on foundations. So, on that note,
It's too e xpensive and a problem returning to exchange, with all that time spent, it's not worth it for me.

The product came late, I tried the full coverage and I like it but it was the wrong color and I called and ordered the shade l40 I had previously ordered l30 and it is to light. Customer service said they would extend my trial so I could try the new shade and that my card would not be charged. I think I will return the airbrush gradual tan because i thought it was an instant tanner. Other than the late arrival things were great except for wrong shade which was my fault for ordering the wrong shade.

I do like the ConcealAir concealer. It goes on nicely and works well. The Velvet Veil Skin Perfecting Serum I am not so impressed with. First of all, it is hard to get out of the bottle and also hard to know how much is actually in there. Because it is hard to get out of the bottle, it is hard to use or to get enough out to make a difference. When I can get the product out, it is nice to use but too much effort for not enough of a return.
I only used the spray makeup and brush provided. I thought it went on very smoothly, and it lasted all day long and still looked fresh at the end of the day. I didn't try any of the other products, as I didn't order them, and have sent them back to you! I expect to be credited or not charged for them!
The ordering process was smooth. I ordered the foundation and primer. I love the way the primer feels and the foundation gives a really good natural finish. Only issue is how do I prevent the foundation from getting all over my hand when I spray it. As the width of the spray is larger than the brush and the instruction say to hold the can so far away from the brush. I love the products and will be sharing my like with others.
I ordered only the airbrush foundation with the face makeup kit, with out all the extras. Then I had to call customer service because I found out they had charged me for the extra items they offer which I had not opted for. When I finally received my items, the extras were in the bag anyway, and the rosewater finishing spray had cracked open and leaked all over everything. So I called customer service again, told them what had happened. And they said they would send me a new set, plus I was to keep what I had already received in the mail. All free of charge. Even though it took some time to finally receive my makeup, they were professional and took care of my concerns to my satisfaction. I was pleased.
The make up is not bad and is a decent quality make up the airbrush effect doesn't look airbrush the brush that they give you doesn't really blend it in with your skin. I've tried a different ways. You know different sprays different primers still get the same effect it is too late for my skin. I also did not like the fact that they took the $50 out of my account the day I ordered it and then about three or four days later put the money back into the account.
I replaced my Luminous with a lighter color. Can't seem to find the correct one, BUT I do love how my skin feels. So soft and silky.
When these 2 colors run out will try to find a different color to match my skin.
The product is good. Its light weight, makeup remover is awesome. The only thing i would recommend is how to select your tone better. I'm of Hispanic origin, my skin is like 4 seasons. In the winter I'm lighter as the seasons change my skin gets darker because I'm in the sun more. I would need 2 or 4 different shades for my skin. How would your company be able to help with selecting more shades for myself and many others buying your product? How would your company promote something like this?
Only 2 of the items are what I was expecting in my order. I received a cleaner meant for an applicating device that I do not have and I also received an eye shadow palette that I cannot use due to the fact that they are glitter based. I never had an opportunity to select my own shades. Lastley, I was overcharged originally because I accidentally order extras I didn't want. I was able to rectify this with customer service but was told that after my trial, my card would be charged the full amount then refunded back for the items I didn't receive. The order took over 3 weeks to arrive and I have no idea what the deadline is to return what I don't want.
I don't like a product so much because of the smell and it's not easy to use with a spray can. Although I choose not to keep the product but I appreciate the promptness on how quick their customer replies.
I love the application brush and the ease of how it goes on. The coverage is good bit does not feel like a blanket on my face. The color choices are wonderful.
I have also spoken with customer service, they too are great and strive to satisfy their customers.
I had ordered two orders. First one was suppose to be a come kit with air spray and then I ordered another order which was all combineed as one shipment. I was told the order had already shipped so not to cancel the order I would receive a good deal of approx $26 the order had not. Even shipped and when I finally received it the complete kit was just part of kit and my 2nd order was in with this. Looking at paperwork I still owe two or three payments. I asked several times the total price. Same thing only $26 I said for that I would keep it. I had already thru away

I found this product to be very cumbersome with all the different bottles of stuff. Also, the shade was too dark for my skin, and made my lines and wrinkles stand out. Please cancel my subscription. Thank you.
The ease of application of this is amazing but coverage wasn't great kinda patchy and the color was a bit too dark, if the product coverage was a little better this product would be amazing but as it is I will not be purchasing again
It's very hard to get in touch with customer service and the product itself is not what I expected. The fountain is almost casket looking and the highlighter and powdered fountain just don't go on very well.
Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
