I think you should have a better way of canceling your orders. I've called and messaged, and they don't respond. When I call you have to press 1 for the survey or you can't get through. I still can't get through.They hung up on me. They say they'll call me back, but they never do. And I don't know how to cancel this other than that. I've tried and tied and tied, so i'm giving it a three. Please help me with my subscription. I want to cancel it after I get the fourteen day trial of the skinny brush system. But please tell me how to cancel as i'm not able to with the phone or what the email
As a woman that is hitting that point in her life where she needs full coverage that blends in well and covers fine lines and wrinkles and discoloration I can honestly say this is the way to go!
I had this year's back and decided to try it again now that my skin is changing. This website was easy to use and it's great that we can try before we buy.
I was not expecting to be charged the full amount and did not have the money in my account. I do like the product but right now I cannot afford to order. Please if I am on some kind of auto order to cancel.

Wonderful! I've wanted to treat myself for a very long time but couldn't really do the makeup I preferred,as a single mother. I put my wants last. Luckily for Christmas my family gave me some money so that I could finally purchase this product for myself to enjoy and try! It has fulfilled all expectations! I'm so happy about this treat
I did NOT Sign up for a subscrption and am being charged $78.00 per month for a product I do not like and didn't order. I will have to reach out to my bank for a fraudulent charge if I don't hear back. They aren't making this easy
I have only received a couple if items that i can actually use…the face palette and the dual ended brush are both awesome and im still learning to apply, build and blend the spray (air brush) foundation and spray blush, but the itber items i received were not what i expected. I dont have the actual air brush tool so the cleaner i was sent i have no use for. Also, the setting spray is not for me! I dont like and want tofir sure keep the brush and the palette. I am undecided about the foundation, blush, and the makeup remover spray! I still have over a week & a 1/2 because i didnt receive the order until Friday March 28th. So i may be returning some items before the 11th if April (which will be trial offer deadline)

The color was wrong for my face. Called and y'all are sending another one. Can I please have my 14 day trial period extended while I wait for the new one to get here?
I love it the foundation is a bit lite but I can work with it. The pallet is fabulous great pigment in the eye shadows, very little fall out. The makeup wears well. It is much faster than doing my smfullface the way I use to. If you haven't tried it I say from the foundation to the moisturizer and serm to the brush cleaners. It is fabulous get it it will note disappoint.
I do like the concept of having all the makeup in one conmpact. However, when I ordered this product I did not order the rosehip spray, the brush cleaner, the blush, or the remover. It was a try before you buy and was advertised $34. Luminess charged me a total of $143 for all of these products I, in fact, did not order. However, that does not go without saying that I do like the product. It's just that I will not use the other products besides what I originally ordered. There is a significant difference in the total cost of what I planned on spending.
I thought it was priced at $35 not $60 something. I was shocked as I'm trying to monitor and becareful of my spending. Also a $6.00 charge for something I have no idea what.
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Only complaint I have is the high cost of shipping. It was very high for a tiny 2 or 3 ounce plastic bottle that came in a bag sized for a hard cover book! Not even the tiniest bit of packing or protection. Even in my home business I would have wrapped in a little bubble wrap.
I received more than I had ordered. I ordered the trial order that should have cost $29.00 but received several more items. I don't know what date I received the pkg. To return the items. I haven't been able to try them yet so I hope I like the products.

Order received but additional products included that were not ordered with no indication if free samples or charges listed on the receipt. Unclear information on shipment. Product ordered are as drs tubed and provide flawless finish.

There was conflicting information about returns. The website indicated that all returns must have an authorized RMA, but when returning a defective product, I was given an address to just return it with my name and phone number on a piece of paper inside the box.
I just wish the instructions were a little clearer.
Disappointed 😔 I thought I was getting the promotion with the different shades telling you where to use it instead I got some type of cleaning 🤦🏾

Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
