I ordered my new lens on 4/26 and submitted a signed prescription that had not expired. I am still waiting for my lens package. You have charged my credit card and now I am waiting. I guess it is the old adage, pricing is low, quality is good (because it is a name brand) but service is poor.

The order processed and shipped out on 4.26, the same day that the order was placed. The standard shipping you selected was 5-7 business days. Per tracking on Fedex you should receive your order on 5. 2. 18 which is within the standard delivery time. You are correct in that the price is low and the quality of the lenses are good, but we are providing you with excellent customer service. I have yet to receive my lenses. The same day I ordered my right eye lenses from another company that was significantly less expensive. They have arrived---2 days ago. That other company could not get the left eye lenses I need as they are a brand for astigmatism and were not carried by aforementioned company. I will be looking for a new company. It just annoys my sensibilities that there are 2 charges to get the things to me. What exactly is "handling charge?" The other company "handled" my lenses much more quickly and for FREE!

I must say that I have not yet gotten my contacts, but they have been shipped, so I should be getting them in a day or two.
This was so much easier that getting my lenses from Lenscrafters. They were making me get a new script every year. My script from my doctor is good for 2 years. I had it with their taking advantage of me in that way.
The process is really easy if you know what your lenses are. You check a box and pay... I will return after I receive them to continue on another review.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
