No hassle returns are false! Returned my unopened lenses and received only a portion of the total back. No where in there policy does it state they won't refund shipping cost.

Easy Enough

I chose to order from Lens.com based upon pricing. I buy contacts for an 8 year old and she runs through them with her softball activity. $46 dollars for two boxes that last about a month beats $100. Still not received so we shall see on shipping.

I receive d a reorder email from Lens.com that linked to the website and offered the same package at a considerably higher price than my original order. I then opened a new browser window for Lens.com and searched for the same type of lens and discovered it was being offered for a much lower price. I ordered them at the lower price. One would think you would offer returning customersthe same price as what is on your website rather than trying to make a quick buck off those loyal customers who might not be paying attention. Other than that attempt at deception, the lenses arrived quickly, and the order was correct.

I was amazed how easy it was to order contacts. The hassel free upload of my prescription honestly made me think this was too easy and something wasnt right. I immediately received an email once I uploaded my prescription (which I did on the my smartphone) confirming my order. I received my contacts within a week of my order. I found the best price on this website! I will be a forever costumer! Thank you!

Awesome company

I have been purchasing my contacts from lens.com since December 2017. I only purchase one box of contacts per eye at a time. However, the first time I purchased them I received a discount and the second time I received a $15 rebate. I'm saving almost $60 each time I buy my contacts from lens.com. This doesn't include any discounts or rebates. I always receive my contacts in the mail before the estimated delivery time frame even starts. The only thing I don't like is when I filled out the rebate form, it said it would take 10-12 WEEKS (!) to receive my rebate card. (It's a preloaded credit card.) Otherwise, I have no complaints. I've even referred my boyfriend, who is trying out contacts. If he starts ordering his contacts from lens.com, he'll get $10 off his first order and I'll get a $10 credit on my account, for a future purchase of my contacts. Also, love that I was able to take a picture of my prescription with my cellphone and email it to lens.com. Verification was quick and easy.
