Ordering was easy to do and I received the contacts very quickly. I was satisfied with the prices and will reorder from them again.
I uploaded my Rx and it took quite a while before it was verified and accepted but couldn't delete the old Rx which the system got confused about. I got a series of emails saying the Rx matched the order, then one that said it didn't, then one that said it did, then a notice of shipment, then a notice that the didn't Rx matched. Wow, what a kerfuffle! I also think it's lame that a customer has to fill out a rebate form separately to get a $20 rebate. In this day it should be automatically deducted from the total.
It takes 2 weeks to get contacts through your company. Thats horrible, even for basic shipping. Its 2018. The post office would have gotten it here in 4 days.

Came here to write about my saga but now after seeing the online reviews - i should have read them before buying. Got bad product (not lens. Coms fault of course) - emailed three times with no response. Posted a review on trust pilot and got an immediate call and was told they will send me new lenses. 3-1/2 weeks later with no communication, no lenses - i call and am told they will not have the lenses until the end of the month. I should have paid a few dollars more and used 1-800 as i normally do.
Be aware - - they are not a direct reseller of Coopervision (and most likely other brands of lenses). I contacted coopervision and they have no idea who lens. Com is.

I have gotten so tired of paying for insurance! Prices of health care related items should be affordable, and this website is exactly what I was looking for. The prices reflect what I would have paid at a box store WITH insurance. Do you have to get a copy of your prescription yourself from an ophthalmologist? Yes. But the great thing is that you can snap a picture of it with your phone and text it to the email address provided. BOOM. If your prescription is taking too long to ship, its probably because your provider is not getting back to the lens.com company in a timely manner (I myself had to wait in line for 45min at the eyecare place just to get my hard copy). Do yourself a favor and have them print it off BEFORE you leave the office. Bottom line, I am so happy I don't have to pay $15 dollars extra every month for eye insurance I no longer need.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
