I purchased what I thought was 3 pack of 63xl black cartridges and a 3 pack of color. What I got were "pods". I had to try them due to needing more printing but I can not get any of the black to print. I didn't even try the color.They are horrible! Me and my husband got ink all over our hands ( I can't get it off of mine) but none would print on paper. I am so disappointed and wish I could get these replaced with regular cartridges.

Have utilized LD Ink in the past and been very pleased with it. Plan to use this brand for other printers.
I purchased three compatible ink cartridges for my canon MG 3620 ink printer and when I inserted the first one, the printer said it was not compatible and to use only canon fine cartridges. So I call the 1-888 customer service number, wait for 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. I then asked for a call back which came one day later (Immediately they say in their answers to these complaints)! The lady from overseas says that they will not give me a prepaid label or refund me for the three cartridges because I opened one (How are you supposed to put it into the printer if you cannot open it!) I asked to speak to a supervisor and after another 10 minute wait she hung up on me. I sent emails with no response, called the number again with no response, and as of this second I just sent another email asking where to send the order back to because there is no address anywhere on the website for returns! There is something very wrong going on with this company as I have used them for years and now this is happening. I see the responses from them are all generic telling the complainer to call the number they do not answer, email them with a personal email that I did twice with no response. Disgusting and they guarantee the cartridges right on the box!

I purchased a printer on August 22,2023 and still have not received my product or any communication. The link to track your order on their website does not work! I've left numerous voicemails with no return callS. No one ever answers the phone and they actually give you options to choose from when all you're doing is waiting on hold forever before the answering service picks up. I'm a longtime LD Products customer and I was always happy until now. Although the website clearly states that products ship same or next day, with 1-4 day shipping, the one I ordered shipped SEVEN days later. And it shipped using such a slow method that'll be another week.
Worst of all, multiple attempts to reach customer service don't work. I filled in the online form: no response. I tried three times calling and waiting on hold: goes to voicemail. I tried leaving a call back number: no call back.

While I have had to purchase a new HP Laserjet over that time, due to your offering of so many different options, I am using a type of your compatible HP toner cartridges! The product quality as well as cost savings far surpass all other options available. It also doesn't hurt to know your product has a lifetime warranty because I order in bulk to save additional money so your product may be sitting on a self for up to a year after receipt before needed for use. Just want to note, I have NEVER had an issue with one of your cartridges - so the warranty thing just gives me extra peice of mind and the confidence to continue ordering in bulk from this company.

As a developer, you might want to work with whomever is supporting your website b/c your category search feature, from under HP Laserjet I searched for MPF M476 as well as 312x, and no results were returned. I was starting to think that you might have stopped manufacturing my needed cartridge, but was relieved to find it still available when I performed a more generic (broad category) search of products via the entire website - looked for 312x, which pulled up the cartridge set that I was wanting to reorder and had last purchased from you over 2 years prior - it was while pandemic / lockdown still in effect so I am sure it was that long ago. Thank you for your continued support of my particular model of HP laserjet. My husband is a teacher so he prints a far amount :)

I ordered two HP XL color ink cartridges on June 6.
Never received them so I tried to track. But it didn't work. I sent an email and got a long response from them stating how sorry they were that they didn't let me know they were on back order and they'd have them in stock in two weeks. That was on June 26th. I still haven't received them and it's Aug 5th. Very disappointed!

Ordered remanufactured inks worth $670. Billed and charged my credit card right away. 20 days later no sign my inks. Called customer service, after long wait, able to speak to human, who said that,they need to check with warehouse, and came back, that the product is PROBABLY shipped. Asked for tracking # which he said, he will e-mail me later that day. 2 days later, no e-mails, called again, another lady agent, said that they are waiting to hear back from warehouse. Asked her to cancel, she said, she doesnot have the power to cancel the order. Asked her to connect me to her supervisor, she agreed to connect after long conversation, only to disconnect the call in disguise of connecting to her supervisor. So trust pilot and other reviews on them, It is clear that they do not have anything else but website and credit card charging machine and few agents who have no understanding of how important to have tools for small business. Hopefully they will cancel my order, if not I will dispute with my credit card company and more importantly will write to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION about their business practices.

The Company has a 100% return policy but that take the cartridges and don't refund you the money, I spent over two hours between initiating the claim then following up twice. I even paid $16.02 through UPS on 1/23/13 (four months ago today...tracking number **************716). Also, despite having 27 unopened cartridges they refused to allow me to return them due to being old, however there is no expiration date on the boxes. If they're not going to refund your money anyway they should take all the cartridges!
Their customer review rating in abominable, which is well deserved. Please donate my refund to Cancer Care and I'll give my 27 cartridges to charity as well. Don't want to hear back from you at this point just delete my account. Thank you, William Glick

Cartridges do not work in my printer. Repeated calls to number shown, left messages, no response. Sent emails. No response. Did a chat and person was nice, but no help. Ask for refunds. No reply. Will never order from them again. I have proof of purchase and gave it on emails, phone and chat. Company will go out of business with this service.

I submitted an order on Dec 2,2023 of over $700. On Dec 17, I had yet to receive my order, but was billed. As of today, I have received 3 of my 20+ toners/cartridges. As of today, I have made 14 calls to customer service where I have actually talked to a human. I have spoke directly with "Ricky" who is supposedly a supervisor of customer service. He has promised I'd get my money back, but haven't. I called March 23rd and was told my credit card had supposedly been credited on March 1 and IT HAD NOT! Over the past 4 months I have been on the phone with customer service 10+ hours trying to get this issue resolved. I was also given a chance to use a "code" for discount. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! They have had one excuse after another. From computer issues to warehouse issues, to the computers not syncing correctly with the warehouses. OH, and Ricky…. He was supposed to call me back for the past 2 days and I have yet to receive a phone call. This company is a scam and I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to lie to the customers to make them happy. I've received one lie after another since Dec 17. Oh and this isn't my money, this money is from a PTO of a rural school and $700+ is a lot of money. Teachers have gone without cartridges/toners in their room since Dec because this company not only didn't send the product, they stole the money and we don't have another $700 laying around to be able to purchase from another company!
