I called Lawn Love to schedule a full cleanup of the overgrowth in my back yard because of a holiday party and come to find out that instead of a crew there was only two workers show up they stayed one hour and left my yard looking the same as before i had to cancel the party don't waist your time calling Lawn Love terrible company!

I live in Boca Raton, Florida and have been a customer of Lawn Love for about a year and have received excellent service every two weeks. As the attached pic shows we have a relatively large amount of grass. Jeremiah is up to the task. Their customer engagement model is state of the art.
The ONLY reason I switched to their mowing service was because the representative promised me that weed control was included in the service(I confirmed with him twice) and the day the contractor came, he said no we don't do weed control and they charged me $46 for long grass fee after the job was done which doubled the cost to close to $100.2 weeks later, when they came for the service again, they charged long grass fee again because they claimed part of my grass were longer than 6 feet. Oh thank you! How can I trust you for that? Not to mention the whole reason I got into this service was because the sales rep said the weed control was part of the service. Now I'm not getting weed control service and Im paying double the amount for every service?
Lawn love is a very unprofessional company they never came at the time slots or dates, they never mowed my back lawn they just trimmed it, they did not pick up or blow the grass particles off my sidewalk and charged me for long grass when it was not long and got away with it I would not pick this company just because there is so many different people using it to" JUST TO MAKE FAST MONEY" real quick and not to do your lawn properly and listen to you what you would like done within the guidelines that you signed up for. BAD EXPERIENCE!

I have tried to use lawnlove in the tampa area, with no luck. They give me a price I accept, but then their contractors want more money or just refuse the job. My yard is maybe 1500 sf to mow maybe an hour tops. Anyways I would stay away from the company, I FELL THEY AND THEIR CONTRACTORS ARE SCAM ENTERPRISES
This place is a joke I have been told since Thursday someone would b out to do my lawn everyday this is Sunday now I get excuses after excuse an told well because they didn't get my lawn done they will have someone come out on Sunday to do my lawn an still a no show how can you run a business like that my weeds are getting higher now I have to look for a company to do my lawn an get charged more because my weeds are getting out of control not happy about this at all.
I had signed up for lawn service for the first time last week through LawnLove.com. Two days before the lawn service was supposed to arrive, the mowing company cancelled (no reason given). When I found out, I called LawnLove to cancel my "subscription", because I felt that the company wasn't very organized. It's more of a broker lawn service, unfortunately, and there isn't much communication between LawnLove and the lawn services. There is definitely NO communication between the client and the lawn service. Not what I was looking for. Anyway, I went ahead and hired a different lawn service and scheduled them to come out yesterday to mow my yard. WELL, that morning, LawnLove sent over a mowing company AFTER I had called and confirmed that the service with them was cancelled. I even received an email confirming my cancellation, yet they STILL sent over a lawn service. So, I had to cancel the other service. Also, the people that showed up did 10% of what I asked them to do. Never again!

I would give them a 0. They started out good. This year my cuts have been late and not picking up my clippings. They haven't cut my grass since 8/31/21. I'm supposed to get cuts every 3 weeks. I have no issue with canceling for bad weather. I do take issue with not being able to find someone. I do not understand how they cannot find someone in my area. I found three additional who were willing to cut my grass today. I brought those concerns to Lawn Love plus I will get letters from HOA if not taken care of.
I spoke to two customer service people and I was told too bad and find another person to cut your lawn and tried their best. Their best was not good enough if you cancel people's jobs.
I created a new account with them and schedule someone to come out within a week. I got a cancellation so waited until the reschedule date and got another cancellation. I emailed them about this with concerns that the grass will become overgrown. They told me they are sorry and want to ensure things are done correctly and gave me a discount on the mow. So I wait again the reschedule data. It rained for about 10 minutes, and other mowers were out that day but I got another cancellation. So I wait again for the reschedule and it has been several weeks at this point. I get another cancellation. I email them about this and they said they would talk to their "pro" and make sure the grass gets cut. They never mention my concerns about an overgrown grass at this point that stated clearly.
I get another notice on the reschedule date that the lawn pro is on site! Nope, I am working from home. No one is at my house all day. I then get a bill for a mow that just didn't happen. So I email them explaining everything to this point. They said once again they would fix everything and send someone out. My lawn is quite overgrown at this point being weeks after the initial attempt to get my hard mowed.
My next email from the company explained that my yard was overgrown and they wouldn't mow it without paying $122 from their "pros" quote. Ignoring this absurd situation, my yard was not worth $122 even being overgrown. This was a "go away" charge to get rid of me as a customer because their "pro" didn't want me. This wasn't even close to reasonable.
So they cancelled on me 4 times. Fraudulently charged me for a mow that never happened. Then they tried to get me to pay more money.
I am sure that some people have good experiences with this service because there are probably "pros" that do good jobs. But, if the company doesn't care who they are hiring as "pros" then you are entering a gambling game. My "pro" wasn't remotely communicative or professional. I was lied to at every point. They should pay attention to who they hire and work on being honest providers. I would stay away and just find someone local to trust.
If you are a masochist, hire this service immediately. Otherwise, stay away. Too much to say other than you couldn't be more incompetent if someone attempted
Do not use this service if you value your sanity. For 6 months they charged me $200 a month to come out and supposedly mow, trim, weedeat, put down weed control. Each time they were at my home 15 minutes and left the grass flattened but not mowed. None of the other services that they said they were doing were done. They just billed me $222 on my credit card in June, after I complained that the service was not done yet again. They are not local and subcontract the work. That is the real problem. The company has no idea who is showing up at your home. I have tried to cancel the service over and over and they just keep showing up.

I could cut the grass with my riding mower but I am unable to weeded and edge the yard due to health issues. They had straight forward prices on yard cutting and the prices seem reasonable. I been very happy with the company that LawnLove has set me up with. He messages me when he is behind or having issues. (Understandable since lawn equipment can break down). He lets me know when he is going to be out to the house.
