Tested the dvd projector with two different dvds. Started great, but stopped playing before the end. Cleaned the dvd, but it did it again. When played in a separate dvd player it worked fine until the end. This happened with two different dvds.
Also the DVD Menu option for Scene Selection would not work with either dvd. It would jump straight to Menu Play. Yet when dvds were played in a separate dvd player, the Scene Selection option worked.
Extremely disappointing. Want to get a refund.

Service was very prompt and the product well packed. I have not installed them yet so i cannot comment on quality. Its a shame they did not have many down lights as i would have licked to have tried them in my new house

Returned missed phone call they left a message told me to ring back I rung the customer service he spoke over me the whole time and was so rude said he couldn't help me unless I had model number I told him it would take me a while to get when I gave model number he wanted my name so he could already look up model number with my name but wouldn't help me. He told me they would reply to me via email only. I didn't receive the screen that was meant to be free he told me the model didn't come with free screen I said I have screenshots of it online Hopeless

Waste of money contacted the company said they would send me a screen never received it not Bluetooth via phone waste of time and money would not bother not even apologise for the problems I've had

The site was eay to search on and use, and the customer service over the phone - a pdf of an instruction manual for a car dvd player was sent as requested by email. Very satisfied with Laser!

I gave 2 stars as somewhat dissatisfied as I paid $31.95 including freight for a product and they sent it without real care.The remote was not bubble wrapped and left to bang around during transit in a box that would have fit easy 6 remotes. It works for now but we'll see.

The item was easy to purchase and was received in a timely fashion. However, the item itself is sub-standard. The app keeps coming up with a request to update the firmware but when you try, it consistently fails. I have contacted support twice but have received not response. In addition, the floodlights don't seem to come on at all, let alone if/when it detects motion.
This device does not work as advertised and is rubbish!

Placed my order a week ago and according to the tracking it doesn't appear to have left NSW yet. Not sure if it's the courier they use but it's been 6 business days and I still don't have my item.
Not sure if it's because of the power the wireless receiver needs - but my stereo can't seem to power it up (but works with a lead to my phone). The wireless receiver powers on when just plugged into the 12v - so must be a compatibility issue with the power needed to power it up?
