Seriously very average and superceeded tablet, but then it only cost $79. General usage depletes power quickly. Very slow to respond to app loading and downloads. Fortunately it is being used by a family member purely for Jigsaws and Color by Numbers as a therapeutic process.
The tablet had a problem which was confirmed by a Laser tech. I couldn't open or update any application. Even the pre-installed apps crash. I did a factory reset 3 times but the problem persists.

Ordered Jan 11th and still waiting for it to arrive 24/01/25. Not really on Lasers side but if these company's spent more time actually checking on peoples orders than worrying about reviews I wouldn't be writing this... I get quicker delivery's from Amazon, Temu and Ali Express. Australia really needs to pull it's finger out.

Shame one of the three fitness trackers I ordered is not supported any longer on the app & I cannot get it to connect to either of our mobile devices.
Otherwise, standard communication regarding order process & prompt delivery.

It took so long for delivery and wasn't advised that the camera has to be hard wired for use unfortunately it wasn't advertised as such and this is going to cost more money to have this done then the camera is worth.

I love this projector but I am a bit dumb so i forgot to buy an adapter with it so I can't connect it to my laptop yet. It came with a hdtv cord (at least i think that's what it is called) but it would be **************x better if it came with an adapter too. Definitely recommend, I love it.

2/3 (PIRs and door sensors) of the products costs eventually were refunded.
The reason: they didn't work with Tuya and therefore not with HA.

I'd bought an ottoaibox mini wireless dongle, and it was super flakey, half the functions on the steering wheel didn't work, it would randomly crash and stop responding, it was basically very annoying... so I tried this laser one, not expecting it to be any different... but it was, so far works first time, every time, and all the functions on the steering wheel work with wireless carplay, it's good enough that I've bought two more for my wife and daughters cars.

The security cameras supplied were very easy to install and configure. The quality of the screen image on my phone was of a high resolution. One of the cameras supplied had a fault, however, laser were very prompt in supplying a return pre paid label. The camera will either be repaired or replaced.

I am pleased with the delivery of my goods which didn't take long. Just sad that ordering had to be done on line which I don't know how to do, as I don't know about Web sites or emails as well, but a staff member at Harvey Norman did that for me & I was so grateful for that. A lot of older people don't know how to order on line, we are used to paying with our cards over the phone. Thankyou for allowing me to state my experience..

Problem with volume when Starting to play, it always star on full volume every time,it can be disturbing to my flat mate.

The device is a great idea and works well at it's core functions. However there are some glaring issues. Primarily the time setting on the main interface is lost when the unit powers down. Paired phone settings is retained but not the time. 2nd big problem is the autolink function doesn't work so it's not possible to screen cast from android. 3rd, I put in a support ticket and have received no response from Laser about it. Also instructions say to not place it in direct sunlight but includes a suction cup for windscreen placement which means you can't avoid placing it where it will be in direct sunlight. The unit should be able to withstand being in the sun all day, like any other navigator device.
