I believe customer service should work hard to satisfy the customer. I ordered a comforter set. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. I called customer service. They inducted me to send it back. I asked if they recommended I replace the set I had or purchase a new set. No suggestion. I wanted to know if she thought this one was just a bad set or if they all looked like this one. No help from customer service. So I ordered a different set. It was delivered defective. I again called customer service. I was told I could replace the comforter but if anything was wrong with it, I'd be stuck with it. They would not refund my money and I could not return the damaged comforter. I asked, what if the next one you send is defective as well, I was told, they would inspect it"this time". I then asked, didn't you inspect the previous order sent to me. The gentleman said "no", it was shipped without inspection. I told him that was unacceptable and unfair that I should be stuck with a possibly defective comforter and lose my money. He dais that wad my only recourse. I have outfitted my bedrooms for three years using KingLinen. This is the first time I've ever had a problem but it's also the last. I will not use them again. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I told them I was going to retort them to the BBB because that is one of the criteria they use for their ratings. He didn't care.

I recently ordered an eleven piece comforter set, received it the fabric was defective, one color ran onto another color. I called they shipped me a new comforter, I have had it five weeks... it's been on my bed three weeks and it has a foot long tear in the seem. I have emailed them and called three days... requested to speak to the manager, left numerous messages and it's been three days and she has not returned my calls. This is the WORST bedding I have ever purchased. Quality and response time for a call back, from a manager no less is HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this company nor will I ever purchase anything from them again!

I bought a 7 piece Cal King Patchwork Micro Suede Comforter Set. It seemed to be thin after my old down one, but it is just as warm as the old heavy one and the most comfortable thing I have ever had to sleep under. Have not washed it yet, but if it does not wash well I am so pleased with it I will just buy another one.

I ordered a comforter set that seemed elegant but it turned out to be low quality. After the first wash it came apart. The saying is true you get what you pay for!
I usually get my comforters at Macy's and they've been amazing even though their prices are a little high but it's worth it!

King Linen you have terrible service!

Products are cheap and fall apart. Bought a comforter and after a few months, tore at the seams and started to pill into little balls. There policy is a 30 day guarantee and they will do nothing after that if the products fall apart.

Worst website I could of ordered just because I thought the price was really good and the comforters were really pretty. I ordered a 13 piece comforter set with matching curtains. Received a 9 piece comforter set and none matching sheet set. They never ask me if I wanted to substitute. They send me a return label but at the end they didnt refund all my money. The customer representative acted like a person off the street arguing with me insisting Fedex came to my house to pick up the bulky box when I went through all the trouble of dropping it off at the business. If you want to risk your money and the time to return something they send you but it wasnt what you ordered go ahead, this is the perfect company to cause you frustrations and not caring.

I ordered a set of 450 ct. Burgundy Cotton Sheets on 25 September. When they arrived a few of days ago I opened them and laundered them prior to putting them on the bed. The were poorly sewn and were coming loose and the elastic on the fitted bottom sheet was showing about 10 inches. They were poorly made. Made in China Junk. I called to get return authorization and advised they cannot be returned after one gentle wash. $50.00 down the drain. Poor quality, and customer service, and no acceptable return policy. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...!

I have bought from this company twice, taken in by the nice pics and prices. The first was a comforter set that started coming apart (this without washing) it was for a guest room that i think was used 3 times. They didn't care. Then i was beguiled by "1000 thread count" sheets on sale for $49.99. No way were the sheets I got, anywhere near 1000 thread count. They lacked weight, sheen and were rough to touch. Complete false advertising. Done with them. Unfortunately they have a great website, so I only see their bad practices and sales of poor product continuing.

King Linen has no integrity. They sent me the wrong comforter and I had to pay for return shipping for their mistake. Then a week after they had received my return they said it was washed or used and that they would not give me a refund because the product was in inacceptable condition. I didn't even open the comforter it wasn't what I ordered and they refused to give me a full refund because the comforter was used. Either they sent me a used comforter or they are just trying to steal my money. I only lost about $12 from that but its the principal of the situation and they did NOTHING to make it right. They said there was nothing they could do because the product had been disposed of. I then asked why they didn't contact me before they disposed the item. The lady just kept making excuses and couldn't give me a straight answer. I know for a fact she knew I was right and wouldn't do anything about it. I am soooo unhappy with the way I was treated by this company and that they stole my money. I lost almost $60 between shipping both ways and the money they took from them sending me a used item that I NEVER touched. All of which was THEIR mistake. I will do everything I can to keep spreading the word about this horrible dishonest company that steals from their customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BEWARE of the return policy. I bought a comforter, took it out of the box and washed it. It started falling apart. You cannot get a full refund if you wash the item. They offer a replacement, which you don't want because of the poor poor quality, or a 70% refund. I filed a dispute with Pay-Pal, thinking I had protection- WRONG. This company's policy protects them no matter what. I have a $55 comforter laying on the floor in the corner that my son cannot use. I don't see how the people who work here go to sleep at night.

I have never experienced such poor customer service before! The woman I spoke with was rude and would do NOTHING to help me with the problem I was having with the quilt I purchased from King Linen. I will NEVER shop there again! BUYER BEWARE!

I had a very poor experience with king linen. Their customer service reps have attitudes and are very rude... if they even answer the phone. I opened my sheets and they had brown stains on them. I called it in immediately and they sent a resolution. I agreed to the resolution and no more than 3 days later my pillow case started wearing. I called back to complain because at such high prices these comforter sets should not be wearing so quickly. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about my wearing pillowcases because I agreed to the resolution on the day I received the sheets. I am not psychic. How was I supposed to know that in a few days my pillowcases would start wearing. This is totally unfair so I asked to speak to the manager. They said she is unavailable so I will call back every day if I have to get this resolved. This is utter and complete bull$#*!. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

Bought 8 pc luxury comforter set. When I received it I did not look at it very close. I have to paint the bedroom before I was ready to use it. When I took it out of the bag it was not exactly like the one pictured-nor like the one on the website that I ordered. The color was totally different and I could not use it. Since I lost the receipt and It had been a few months since the purchase I knew I was stuck with it. I listed it and sold it. The person that purchased it took it out of the bag and it was falling apart. So I lost two times. I had to refund the money and could not get my money back. So... buyer beware... Pay more for better quality. I tried to call the company and no one returned my call.

Not being familiar with this site I ordered two sets of Cal King size sheets, 600 & 800 thread count. The site states the sheet sets fit a mattress up to 15" deep. The items arrived quickly. There is nothing on their site or on the packages that states if item is washed it cannot be returned. One package was opened and washed prior to putting on the bed. The flat sheet was not long enough to tuck under a 13" thick mattress, just reached the bottom edge. I paid to ship both sets of sheets back to KingLinen, the day after they were received, as that is their policy. I received a very terse email response from customer service that the item
Was washed or used and could be returned for a refund. Think twice before ordering from this site and read all the other reviews, which I failed to do before throwing my money away.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the product I ordered since KingLinen insisting on verifying information by requiring a copy of my I. D and Credit card to process and order that was approved by my credit card company. Meanwhile they refused to provide my Credit Card Company with their merchant number which prompted the cancelation of the order.
Very disappointed!

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered a queen bed set called Blue Salzer. On the website it shows a purple and blue and green bed set, pretty unique, or so I thought. However, I got one that had light blue, and blue with light green. A horrible combination. I contacted their customer service and they said that "the name says blue" however they totally ignored the fact that their website photo shows something COMPLETELY different. So beware the pictures they show on the website is NOT true to the product. I didn't want to return it because it would have been waste of 20 dollar for their "discounted return shipping". The quality is just ok... not worth the price at all. You have been warned!

Had no problem with payment or shipping, but the product itself I am not pleased with at all. I purchased a nice bed set at the end of June and only a few months later the threading of the design started coming out of both the pillows and a section of my comforter... I emailed the company asking if there was anything they could do but unfortunately they couldn't help because it had "been a few months too long since the purchase." Apparently they don't ensure quality products after multiple months of use... Didn't know bed sets were an every-6-month type of purchase... Not happy.
