I ordered 2 bed in a bag queen sets. Both were delivered in 2 days with free shipping (sale special). One was too small for my deep mattress. The size is right for a regular mattress, which my guest bedroom has. They emailed me a return receipt immediately and paid for return shipping. On day 3 from the order, I had shipped the ill fitting set back. The other looks elegant and I saw the same bold navy blue with bold white center border stripe on an HGTV show in a beachfront condo. Yes, the quality of the 2 European shams was less than optimal, but so was the price. The two rectangular shams, navy with white border stripe, were perfect and looked expensive. The 2 European shams, with solid white facing out, looked too thin to use. The poly bed-skirt ironed easily and though thin, looks elegant and sheds wrinkles. The biggest concern was the "paper-like" fabric in the center of the bed-skirt. I accidentally ran the iron into that fabric and it melted where it was touched. I realized the white center material is fragile and would also tear easily. I cut up the unneeded white top sheet and reinforced the bed-skirt center, stitching all 4 sides. Now it will last forever.and was a simple fix for a very elegant overall look. I bought an additional 3 European white pillows for the head of the bed and used the included 2 rectangle shams and two small pillows. The set looks like it cost $600 instead of the $140 deal I got for a comforter, bedskirt, 4 pillow shams, 2 full small pillows, a set of white sheets, and free shipping. I consider this bed set a great bargain! And I cannot say enough for the customer service.

My mother ordered a queen size comforter set from this company that did not fit a queen size bed. When we tried to return, they only would give us 70% because they claimed it had been washed. It had NOT been washed and only removed from package and re-packaged when did not fit. I believe they sold her a used set and tried to pass it off as new and now will not accept our return. I tried to speak to someone directly to explain the situation and it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. STAY away from this company!

I've bought a few things from these folks, including a comforter that fell apart the first time I washed it. When I wrote to their customer service department, with photos of the item, their response was to restate their no refund policy. Buyer beware!

I ordered a queen comforter set and 3 sets of curtains. I was not impressed with the workmanship or the quality of either. The batting in the comforter was bunched up in one place. There wasn't enough places tacked to make the comforter lay right and it was 4 inches shy of the headboard. The hems on the curtains were stretched as they were sewn, therefore the hem was twisted. They were far from luxurious. I waited too long to open them because I needed to paint first, so now I prob. Can't return them. Besides that I chose the paint color to match the comforter set. Don't want to paint again. Will not place another order.

I ordered a king comforter and shams from kinglinen before reading the reviews. Once I started reading them I was a little worried. Well I received my package today, and its just as the pic and description said. It arrived really quick, the color is correct, it did not smell, and it did not fall apart after washing. I will definitely order from here again. I've determined the issue with the reviews are most people who are satisfied don't post it, but those who aren't are very egar to tell everyone. Thanks king linen for your product.

I purchased what was supposed to be a dark brown leopard micro suede patchwork bed set worth $250 on sale for $70. What I got was a piece of crap micro FIBER bed set that was so poorly sewn it wasn't even funny (see pics attached). There is no way it is worth $250. It wasn't the same color either. I contacted King Linen first and they said they would refund me but only if I shipped it back which would have cost me hundreds of dollars from Canada. Luckily I bought it off of Amazon so I filed a claim with them. At first they were only willing to give me $15 towards shipping but I did not accept that offer or give up. When I pointed out the fact that King Linen was committing a crime, fraudulently misrepresenting what they were selling, as well as selling defective product Amazon reviewed it and I was reimbursed the full amount of my order and don't have to ship it back. This company is a joke and should not be allowed to conduct the business at they do. Stay far, far away from King Linen.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT TO COMFORTER SETS AND HAD THEM SHIPPED FROM CALIFORNIA TO ONTARIO CANADA. WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER THE SHIPPING FEE WAS $34.00 TO SEND, THEY ADVERTISE THAT YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEMS BUT YOU PAY THE SHIPPING. I PAID $239.00 FOR BOTH THE SETS AND IT WAS SENT BY FEDEX. THEY WERE PAPER THIN, COLOUR DIDNOT MATCH JUST PLAIN NASTY. I WENT BACK TO FEDEX TO RETURN THEM TO SENDER AND THE CHARGE WAS $196.83 SO THAT MEANT ALL I WOULD GET BACK IS $43.00. I TALKED TO THE COMPANY AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY BUT THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS. WHAT A RIP OFF

I ordered a quilt set which they cancelled claiming the visa address I provided was incorrect billing information. They were very rude and passive aggressive on the phone when I called, and assured me my money was pending and would not come out of my bank account. My bank however, has assured me that the money has came out, and now I can't get through to King Linen. I will have the bank reverse the charges and will never order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE

Just received the Providence set- looks exactly like the photos- looks nice on my bed- extremely disappointed that it is Made in China! I thought I was buying local- fabric is clearly super cheap linen - Anna's Linen Quality. However, I'm sure once it's settled in it will soften up-- but totally NOT worth 149,159 or 139.00 as they have listed. But they shipped quickly - only a few loose strings on the comforter itself. Had I known in advance Made in China I would NOT have purchased. So needless to say I will not refer this company nor use again.

My first complaint Is I did not receive my package forever. When I finally did receive it a month and a half late. It's smelled awful and when I washed it it fell apart. Don't waste your money. On top of all that it did not even fit my king size bed.

I ordered the White Collins 1000 Thread Count Solid Sheet Set Queen. When I received it, I washed it according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Our bed is a regular queen size bed - 60 x 80, which is what the product claims to fit. We could not get the fitted sheet on the bed at all. We measured it and it was actually 56 x 76,4 1/2 inches short each direction! No way it could ever fit our bed. The flat sheet claimed to be 90 by 102. It was actually 90 x 96. The pillow cases fit. We immediately packaged it back up and I called to return it. I was asked if I'd washed the sheets, I told her I had (I assume most people wash new sheets before using them), and she told me since the product had been washed, it was not returnable. So now I am stuck with $70 worth of sheets that will be used for paint drop cloths. Very, very disappointed in the product and the service, will never order anything else from this company. I also posted a review on their sight as to my disappointment, but it was not posted. Somehow, I am not surprised. Terrible way to do business... The only reason I gave a one star review was because "no stars" isn't an option.
