I purchased a 10 Piece Queen Reversible Bed in a Bag Set on April 20,2016of course didn't
T receive until the 1st part of May and didn't take out of the box due to illness until a week a ago at which time I put it on a guest bed and hoping the wrinkles would come out which to my dismay was a joke. The wrinkles are permanent wrinkles only to be a total wasted comforter. I called them and they said if it had been put on the bed they are not allowed to take a return. What a joke this company is. I would never recommend ordering from this company.

Not happy

I bought my daughter a comforter set for her birthday and within a month it started to fray so I contacted them and they won't give me a new comforter as it is not in there policy. They will give me 30% witch is nothing as I am in canada and it costs me the exchange on it. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.

False advertisement

I tried to put an item in my cart several times, which said it was available, yet kept telling me my cart was empty. So I chose another similar item, but more expensive, that took me through the checkout process, then I received an email saying they are on "back order" and no idea when that will be, yet they had already charged my bank. I phoned to get it cancelled and they were trying to convince me to "look around for something else' because they didn't want to refund me. When I questioned the stock, in fact, same item for sale by them on Amazon, they said their inventory isn't accurate. You can also barely hear the customer service rep, and they tell you it is a bad connection and can't even get your order number correct. All in my opinion in the hopes of keeping your money and not sending the product.

Beautiful!

I was terrified when I saw all the bad reviews AFTER I purchased my set but when I received my Cal King bedding it is exactly as described! Great quality, not cheaply made, no tattered strings or stuffing coming out. I really think they sell so many that only the bad ones get reviews, I wish more good experiences were on here, because I love mine!

STAY AWAY! Comforter was beautiful until I washed it! It has frayed apart in MULTIPLE spots. Not even something you can fix. When I contacted them, I got a sorry for your luck but there is nothing we can do response. Apparently they will only help you if it is under 3 months. I bought at the end of October and it is March now. It is on the spare room bed and never used! Regular 249.99... and it falls apart after ONE WASH on GENTLE cycle! What a waste of money on poorly made bedding. So disappointed with their customer service.

I love the sheets purchased at king linen.

Consumers need to be aware of ads that say 1000 thread...
1000 thread of what? Is it cotton, microfiber, poly? It makes a difference.
Also consider the weight of the threads used... so many variables can mask the actual product conception.

I prefer 100 percent cotton... nothing else. There are differences in the types of cottons available and educating yourself is very important. As a rule, Egyptian cotton and Pima cotton are good quality... the higher the count, the better. I enjoy 800 count Egyptian and up.

King Linen gave me excellent customer service. As in many cases, it's buyer beware... many places do require the original packaging and paperwork, and will have restocking fees for returns. Others offer free shipping but you must pay shipping return fees. Keep in mind that bedding is bulky and shipping fees can be quite high because shipping companies like fedex, ups and usps charge for the larger of actual weight or dimensional weight. Example: a pack may weigh 17 actual pounds but your package size is 18" x 14" x 20". You will pay for 31 pounds.

Formula to determine "dimensional weight" (Dim Wt). Is to multiply length (20 inch) times width (18 inches) times height (14 inches) then divide the total by 166.

18 x 14 x 20 = 5040 then 5040 divided by 166 = 30.36 pounds of Dim Wt.
You pay for 31 pounds because that is how much weight space it takes to ship the box. Think of it as the space needed to store a 5 lb bag of sugar as compared to comforter or bed pillows that weighs the same.

King linen.com has competitive prices, decent quality for the price, and good customer service. I purchased a look alike comforter set that looks compared to a Croscil set, about 20% of the cost. The filling and baking were different but the look was perfect for my room. I was very happy with my purchase.

I think we, as customers, must be aware of the sayings, "you get what you pay for" or "if it's too good to be true, it probably is not".

Worst quality EVER!

I had my set for 4 days. It started coming apart at the seams. I didn't have the bag they shipped it in and although it's been less than 30 days they won't accept a return if not in exact packaging. What a joke!

Wholly disappointed! Purchased a comforter set that had numerous dangling threads & barely covers my queen bed-1000 thread count sheets nearly shredded at the seams at first washing- they didn't even make it to the bed! Extremely disappointed I wasted my hard-earned money

LOVE MY COMFORTER SET!

I ordered the king size Adeline set and I am so happy with it. It looks exactly like the picture and it is SOOOO soft. The pillows are firm and the comforter is beautiful on both sides. I highly recommend this product and will definitely order again. Thank you!

DOESNT GET ANY WORSE!

I have yet to receive my package a week later even though I pay $60 for 2 day shipping! I called to complain because they took my payment right away. The customer service rep was beyond rude and did not care that I was upset! She was very quick to try and cancel my order. Then when I was first on the site it was supposed to be free ground shipping. Well since its already a week past Christmas (and they still haven't even shipped my package) I told them to refund my 2 day and just send it ground. Well surprise, surprise, there is now a $12 ground shipping fee. Customer Service is HORRIBLE and Im kicking myself after reading the reviews and hope I shouldn't have just canceled.

Nothing but junk

I have ordered 2 quilts and than ordered my daughter a comforter set. My first queen size quilt didn't make it over the bed so I decided I would order the king size quilt that one just covered the bed but was not even a king or queen size maybe a for a full size bed. I didn't send them back cause I didn't want to hassle with it. I thought I would order my daughter a comforter for Christmas as it was the colors she loved. She washed it as that's what most people do before putting bedding on their beds. Well this comforter was not at all what we expected as it all was crooked and the stuffing stuff was all bunched up. I called King Linen and since it was washed it can not be returned. I will never order from this place again!

It's about what I'd expect for $55. But to advertise that the list price is $229 is a joke. My cats will have it torn up before I get a chance to do that in the washer. Better drop it another 50%. $27, going once, going...

I spent almost a $100.00 on queen set I bought.IT FELL APART! I contacted them & they said because it was over 30 days no refund or replacement. I told them I would just post how terrible they are on the net... they didnt care. LOL! Hell they done got my money why should they? Except for the fact I was fixing to order 2 more sets. NO FRIGGIN WAY! I will go thru sears, bed bath or someone who cares about customer satisfaction from now on.

Avoid King Linen

King Linen has the worst return policy I've ever encountered. The fact that they won't even accept returns after 30 days is unbelievable. I imagine the only way they stay in business is to have such a strict and unworkable policy, especially after reading reviews of substandard merchandise. Customer service from King Linen is non-existent.

Review after 3 months.

My dealings with a King Linen is a one time occurance. I knew what to expect reading reviews. I bought a beautiful new bed; mattress and stead... Seriously, it's awesome. I needed new bed linens and decided "Hey, what the heck, it's probably going to be the same thing I'd get at Walmart but they dont have the selecion and I don't want to spend $400 right now"... I live in Canada and thought they would have a CAD option and they didn't, but proceeded anyway. I paid for the order and did not get free shipping. I paid almost double for the order when "exchange" was factored in. I received my package in order. It had the usual "I'm manufactured in a place where I don't care about dreams and living"... Plastic fabric smell. I unpacked the box, and enjoyed that part, be cause it feels like a birthday or a special holiday. The colours are vibrant, most pillows are decent, stitching and stuffing needs desperate work. I've washed the comforter and side items a few times but it will probably bite the dust before the comforter from Walmart will hit it. Not to mention the red dye used in the pillow shams have left a red stain on my beautiful new headboard... Dyefast people! I gave 2 start because of the ease of ordering and promptness of receipt front the US for a big package.
