Not what I ordered
July 15, 2018

Thought I was ordering 1200 count one fitted sheet. What I got was a paper thin white sheet set. Not kidding when I say this is the cheapest paper thin will probably disintegrate in the first wash.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY YOU'LL EVER COME ACROSS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WORSE MANAGED COMPANY EVER. I ORDERED A COMFORTER AND I WANTED TO CANCEL WITHIN AN HR THEY REFUSED AND SAID IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT OUT I CALLED FEDEX TO TRACK MY ORDER THEY SAID THEY DID NOT SENT THE PACKAGE PHYSICALLY BUT JUST MADE A ELECTRONIC SHIPPING LABEL AND IT MAKES SENSE BECAUSE HOW CAN U SEND IT WITHIN ONE HR. THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES SAYING ITS ON HOLD IN CUSTOMS AND CUSTOMS DOES NOT THIS LONG TO CLEAR. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE WAS THE WORSE MANAGER I CAME ACROSS. I'VE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 10 YEARS AND I'VE NEVER SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER IN THE TONE SHE DID TO ME, AND ALSO HUNG UP THE PHONE WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. THEY TAKE THEIR ANGER OUT ON YOU WHICH SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL THEY DON'T EVEN LET YOU SPEAK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY NOTHING ELSE JUST MONEY. I'M SO UPSET AND FRUSTRATED.

I ordered June 18th. Bought 2 extra pillows to qualify for free shipping. Got a message that it would ship June 19th. On July 3rd I hadn't received my bedspread so I researched. It was pending shipment. I emailed customer service. They sent this back to me: "We need a copy of the credit card and ID to match the billing information we have on file or we can only ship to the billing address. Our system is very sensitive and when the order has two different addresses we need the copies to verify you are the cardholder due to a lot of fraud. If you do not feel comfortable sending this information we will have to cancel the order. Please advise."
I canceled the order. Let's see if I get charged. I'll be contacting my credit card company to verify.
I order through Costco, Sephora, LTD Commodities, Amazon, etc. No one has ever had a problem or accused me of attempting to thieve or fraud. There are 2 areas to fill in (shipping & billing addresses) for a reason. I'm glad it worked out like this. I found a cute option on Amazon today.

Never again

Although, I received my order 2 weeks late, would never never deal with this company ever again. Inquiry as why fedex has not picked the package was met with rudeness.

Ordered 3 bedding sets & about 5 sheets sets from here. All purchases were exactly as noted. If I ordered the cheaper quality fabric, I got that. The better fabric, I got that. No complaints! Do your research folks, you get what you order.

I've never written a review for anything before, but I was met with such good customer service that I was pushed to for the first time. Completely by accident, I had written the wrong address on a bed set that I had just ordered (I've just moved to a new house), and panicked, thinking that I wouldn't get the product. I immediately emailed, and within hours they had found my order and fixed the address for me, and got back to me.

Awesome people and amazing service. I can't wait to get the bed set!

Color looked different than on the web site and fabric was horrible! Not even sure how to describe it except the fabric was noisy when you touched it. Tried it 1 night on the bed and could not even last an hour. They would not take it back since they said it was used. Never order from this company.

Ordered a Bed in a Bag set on Oct 10th. Received a notification that it was shipped on the 20th, and that I should receive it by the 30th. Here it is Nov 17th and after multiple calls, and excuses that FedEx still hasn't picked up the shipment at the Canadian Border... they finally admitted to me on what had to be my 10th call that the shipment is considered lost. I spoke to FedEx myself multiple times, and they were so blunt as to tell me that they don't have a good history with kinglinen orders, and that absolutely nothing was ever picked up by them. I had to call Kinglinen twice to get a refund... and luckily because I used paypall it was fairly easy to do. Mind you the first time they refunded me... they "neglected" to refund my shipping costs. Took another call to fix that. PLEASE... do not order from this company. They are a nightmare to deal with, and will gladly give you the runaround.

I am a pretty picky person when it come to buying nice things for my house! I love to buy things reasonably priced that looks high quality! When I ordered this 11 piece comforter set I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered. After I read the reviews I have to admit I was very nervous that I made a mistake because the reviews were awful! To my pleasant surprise, I received a beautiful comforter that looks just like it does in the picture on the web site! It feels amazing, looks high quality, and I could not have asked for a better price! Not only that, but I received it the exact day that I was expected to receive it! Thank you King Linen! I will definitely be ordering from your company again in the future!

Worst Experience
November 4, 2017

I ordered 3 comforter sets and some blankets from King Linen on October 16,2017. I was told that the order would be shipped out on the 20th of October and was to receive it on October 27,2017. To this date Nov 3,2017 the product has not been shipped. The representatives from the company keeps telling me rubbish that I will be able to track my package once it has cleared the border. I have spoken with several fedex agents and was told that King Linen still has the items I ordered and that they (fedex) did not pick up the package King Linen claims to have shipped to me. Please... do not purchase anything from this company. You might lose the money you spend to buy their products. I am trying to get a refund from the company. This experience is the worst I have had since shopping online.

Comforter set

I was never so disappointed in this order! The comforter did not look like the advertised picture. It was a horrible shiny satin from the 1960's. I didn't take it out of the bag because the looks of it was unacceptable. Also, the shipping cost plus the cost to return the item & the trouble to return it was unbelievable! I will never ever order from kinglinen again & will make sure that none of my friends or relatives will either. Canadians stay away from this site!

I ordered cal king 7 pc set. When igot it it just did fit a queen. I don't mind paying for something but i want what i paid for! Thankful i order just the one cause ialmost order 3. When will people learn that if youwant repeat customers you cannot do business this way. Because of your deceitfulness, you are losing business. You should be ashame of yourself!

Ripoff!

One wash and comforter fell apart. I wish I would have checked reviews prior to purchase. Sent them a pic at 40 days because I didn't use the comforter right away. They said they have a 30 day guarantee. RIPOFF! Don't waste your money.

I bought a complete bed set off them. It had a comforter, skirt, flat sheet, fitted sheet, a total of 6 shams, and a couple decorative pillows. When it arrived it smelt... BAD. So I sprayed febreeze on it. Upon looking at it, it had holes all through out it. Pretty sure mice had been chewing, urinating, and dedicating on it. When I had it returned they emailed me saying they wouldn't refund the money because it wasn't "resalable". It shouldn't of been sold to me in the first place. Why would you try to sell it again? Weeks of fighting with them and sending them more proof (even though they had the items and good thing I took lots of pictures) they offer to refund me the money for just the sheets. Finally after it took MY MOTHER (yes I'm a grown adult with children of my own) to call them and Amazon I'm getting my full refund. If there's a problem with getting your refund, just call Amazon they'll fix it. Or call my mom she will get the refund.

Holes and rips

My daughter purchased an 11 piece set. 9 of the items were roped or had holes. The comforter had a urine smell. We sent it back. She spent a month trying to get a refund to no avail. In the end was told it is not in resalable condition. Are you kidding it had chew holes upon delivery. It was not in salable condition to begin with. Good luck talking to a supervisor. To say it was frustrating is an understatement customer service agents are rude. I called amazon and they are going to get our money back. Hats off to them. Do not buy from king linens

Awful!

Terrible quality! Do not buy from here. I ordered from Canada and spent a total of $244 CAD and it is the worst rip off I have ever experienced. I ordered the "500 thread count" comforter and sheet set and the stunk, the sheets came stained. As soon as I washed the comfortable to get the smell out, all the batting clumped together. The materialis cheap and extremely wrinkly. Customer service is rude and they only offered me a new comforter or a 50% discount on the comforter, so $40.

Expensive lesson learned.

I ordered a King comforter set, I knew from the price that it wasnt the highest quality, but I received the bedding in a very timely manner,, it is soft, and beautiful, and washes just fine, have had no need to call customer service so cant comment about that, but the best thing is its affordable and I can buy more than 1 set without breaking the bank, was perfect for me.
