I purchased LED mirrors by Custom Dynamics. They were not too difficult to install until I found that the threads on the right hand mirror were damaged and unusable. Fortunately I was able to repair the threads with quit a bit of effort. But they are now installed and look great.

I ordered a 21"front tire for my soft tail springer and it would be nice for an option to be able to go one size bigger width size for a little more stability and contact surface ability. And a little better job of covering or protecting the tire before shipping from scuffing or abrasion
I was looking around for the best deal, and found another place that had the same product at a cheaper price but they were out of stock so you couldn't price match. I would only use J and P, as your company has always taken great care of me in the past.
I ordered a front and rear tire for my bike weeks ago. Received the front tire within days. Was excellent. Had a bit of trouble tracking down the tire. Claimed awaiting carrier pickup but was already shipped. Confusing right? Waited a few days and called the company to ask perhaps where my tire may be. They could not locate it but offered to replace and sent me a new one within 48hrs! Best customer service I have experienced. Hands down! Could not remember the 2 people I spoke to names, but I will definitely recommend!
I had used the same bars in 12" up to now but were never to my liking with risers, I replaced with this 16" bar and Im at home.
Quality is great and tubing is thick, only the holes for the wires need deburring and enlarging.
Nice shopping generally and prices ok too. Only problem was I warned off the heavy duty rotor because your website said it didn't fit my bike... After shipping we found out that it would have... So maybe you guys are missing a layer of the lasagne. What I mean is... There is always THE best part for the job, one that will perform/last better. You have plenty experts there, reviews are easy to find. I would have spent 42% more on THE BEST part... Its such a mission getting the engine open, pulling parts, it all costs big money... Why not get the best part for the job = peace of mind on the road... Speaking of which apparently the Dark Horse rubberized compensator is best... Hydraulic tensioners are best... Industry experts know this stuff, it's easy to get a top guy on board and have for example... "recommended best part for your ride by x from y" Just saying 😁

My experience with JP Cycles was great, great price and quick shipping BUT I am disappointed in the product itself. It was advertised as protection encase of a tip over or accident. The guards don't extend past my bags so what kind of protection will they provide?!? There was other reviews that claimed the same complaint. They did fit my 2025 HD Road Glide but just isn't adequate protection for my custom paint job( whiskey Firestorm with Phantom flames)
Most of the order was correct when it arrived, however the three bolts used to screw the air filter to the back plate were too short, luckily I was able to use my old bolts. That fault could fall on Revzilla, since this is where the parts came from.
Great customer service very helpful. Received my seat was not what I want a little to big for my softtail. Sent me the info to return it. Waiting on another seat on back order to come in to make that purchase. Will use again
Good reviews on YouTube, and found J & P had the product. HD doesn't make them. I ordered and received the product right on time. Packed well and securely. I was kept apprised of how things were going several times.

I bought a set of the shorty grip handles because I got tired of gorilla gripping my levers they were ripping my gloves up and made riding un enjoyable they didn't seem like they would Sut my needs but they after fully adjusting them a full inch came off my grip and now it's very enjoyable to ride jnfact I take longer short rides. Nice product.
The only issue I've ever had was I ordered an extra plate clutch kit that was supposed to be in stock and after it didn't ship for three days when i incurred about it it was actually not in stock and had to order from a competitor

I ordered the wrong part. It was delivered quickly and in great condition. When I called to get it returned I was treated with respect and patience. The return was easy! Would definitely recommend JP!
I've purchased accessories before and had no problems.
Today I purchased an exhaust... hopefully it comes as quick and easy as the ordering.
The battery I ordered arrived with a dent in the plastic casing looked like it could cause with the longevity of the battery. Called up customer service the same day, they asked me to send a photo of the damage and they had a replacement battery on the way the same day. Can't ask for better service than that.
I ordered front and rear tire and ordered the wrong item for the front. I received a white wall. I called to speak to somebody and they were more than helpful on returning that tire and re-ordering two more front tires. Very fast on delivering what you order. I do wish their store was much closer. LOL
Ordered rotors for my Harley, catalog said they would fix but wouldn't. I've reordered different rotors that should fit.
Problem is I had to pay $9.99 to get a label to send back the first order that didn't fit.
I purchased a Drag Specialties M8 clutch basket & a new clutch kit. Having never done Primary work before I was impressed with how simple it was. The clutch kit I received was very clearly marked on how to put it together and went without a hitch. My 2017 Ultra limited shifts and accelerates better than it ever has.

As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
