When I ordered it said 4 days. Using the tracking feature for 3 days it said it was coming the next day, then it did not show. 8 days when you said 4.
Although the contents appear okay, the oil change kit box was crushed on one corner along with the oil filter box inside. The shipping box looked fine. At this price point I was a little disappointed it left the warehouse in this condition
The product was easy to order, it was also shipped right away. The packaging of the product was also packaged correctly. I will continue to do business with J&P
This was a replacement for a prior order that had a gasket folded in it. The box used in this order was the same box and the gasket was still slightly folded. Going to try it and when it starts to leak will replace with a gasket from another supplier
I received my vest quickly. It is a good quality vest and I really like that the liner unzips so you can add patches and not stich through the liner. I also like that the pockets are separated from the vest on the inside so you can add belly patches and not stich the pockets shut like other vests on the market. The size of the vest is true to size and fits great. This is my first experience ordering something through J&P Cycles and based off that J&P Cycles have gained a new customer for future orders.
Everything I have ordered from J&P over the past 20 years has always been in time and the correct part. I did buy more and really enjoyed it more when I went to the Anamosa Iowa store. I miss the ride out there.
The product is as described. Searching using specific make/model gets results containing parts that do not/will not fit the make/model searched for. Like a lot of them. Takes awhile to find what you need.
In the age of Amazon, we consumers have gotten to expect super fast transactions on just about everything. Sadly, many motorcycle parts suppliers are not getting that fact. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my order was fulfilled/delivered. Good job JP!
Easy to navigate website. Usually have most items in stock, ready to ship. I only buy when my desired item is discounted because J&P Cycles prices are a bit higher than some others. Vast selection is encouraging.
I don't buy alot of parts anymore but when I need something I go to J&P cycle. They've been around a long time and I've bought parts from them occasionally for years. I like that they have a tech line staffed with bikers who have extensive knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&P cycle.

I ordered a battery and it arrived damaged from shipment. I called customer service and reported the damage and the next day I received return authorization. They also shipped a replacement without requiring the return of the damaged battery. Throughout the process they kept me informed by email. Best Customer Service Experience!
I ordered parts for my motorcycle. I received everything but 1 essential kit in the 1st order. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and I got the kit the following week. Didn't get to ride the bike last weekend but it will be ready for the coming weekend.
I bought the starter clutch to solve my hot start problem, and it did just that! But... it dosent disengage properly. It grinds and sometimes it won't disengage all the way and you can hear it scratching. Not good at all. The original starter clutch didn't do that in the 40 thousand miles it was on my bike. Not happy at all. $125 wasted.
I am very satisfied with J&P cycles. I got 10% off for it being my first purchase. I did have some issues with the pipes. Obe of the O2 sensors thread was stripped. I could not connect the O2 sensor to it. I didn't want to return the item, so I purchased a thread chaser, and corrected it myself. One of the bolts that came with the product was kind of short. I had to get creative with the install to get it to bolt on. But you can't be the sound! I had purchased and installed the Khrome Werks pipes before, and this completed the exhaust. Now my Harley sounds like a Harley. And it rides better too.
I ordered a barnett extra plate clutch kit and spring and front and rear wheel bearings for my 2010 harley davidson street glide. Everything fit and worked great. The description on the wheel bearins was a little misleading so I ended up with an extra set of front wheel bearings.
Everything was smooth and exactly as expected. The toolkit even had fuses which was above and beyond I wouldn't have bought it anywhere else and it's twice as good as the one that Harley-Davidsons ourselves for two times the price
I ordered a replacement windshield for my Harley Ultra, well packaged, no scratches and it fit like a glove! If I need anymore parts for her I will be coming here, got it for a good price! I only had her out once with it and it worked well!

Just really heard of them 3 months ago, I ordered a few parts, and even had the staff help me. They were rigjt on it with no problems at all, I got the parts when they said I would. The prices are good, and the parts, were good standard parts, the ones to buy for your bike, so I say this, if you care for your bike and respect it, there is only one place to shop, J&P cycles,

J&P shipped the parts quickly, however the Quality of the parts received was not good. Brake master cylinder rebuild kit was unusable as the parts did not fit properly- they were the correct parts for my bike- just poor craftsmanship/tolerances. Luckily I was able to refurbish the factory parts and just threw away the parts I purchased.
Purchased a Saddleman Road Sofa seat and Legend Revo A shocks through the site. Items were delivered promptly and packaged well to prevent damage. I bought 12" shocks when I should have gotten 13". The shocks were able to be returned and purchased in the correct size without any issue. The how to videos on the site are a big plus in terms of helping someone with minimal wrenching skills install the parts on my own with confidence.
Products are easy to order. Return policy is customer oriented. It is easy to get questioned answered

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
