The replacement spark plug wires I ordered for my '83 FXWG are a good value and arrived promptly. Very easy to install... a one minute job and the bike runs great. Shipping was free with my membership. Thanks
Purchased the tire online. After delivery, I scheduled an appointment with J&P cycles in Scottsdale to install the new tire on the wheel. Tire was installed by very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service and work. Now I'm just waiting to be notified by J&P when my front tire will be in stock.
From start to finish the order was great. The Stockton Roller Seat was delivered on time, easy to assemble and works as described. Looking forward to less pain working at a lower level on my HD and classic car.
Good description with the products. Checkout is smooth process.
When I received the first box disappointed because there was only one mirror inside it I left a note or an email with your company. I'm not sure if I response but within a couple of days another box arrived with the missing mirror so overall I'm satisfied I got what I was after. I was a little stressed When I didn't receive them both at once and no notification that there would be a delay on some of it I will use you guys again.
Looks good on the bike, chrome is good quality. Only issue I had was I had to bend the upper bracket in my bench top vice because the mounting angle was wrong, bent it to get it to line up correctly with the upper center bolt. Also bars were a little narrow on the bottom mounting brackets, scraped some powder coat off the frame trying to pry them open to mount. Luckily the brackets cover where the paint came off.
Your services was impeccable. What ruined everything was the customs fees. I'm not sure i'll be ordering again for the next 4 years. When i got home, the part cost me double in canadian money. It would have cost me less at Harley Davidson
I ordered a stock air filter through my local Suzuki dealership with a 2 week lead time. I had a planned trip and my original air filter was not usable.
The dealership notified me that the air filter will not arrive in time for my planned ride.
I then looked online to see if any online outlets could send one over night for a reasonable price.
I found JP Cycle. This was a Thursday. I paid $35 to have the part shipped overnight. I expected the order would ship out on Friday and arrive Saturday. My planned ride was Sunday.
I received notice on Sunday that the air filter was shipped, and to expect it on Monday. Much too late for me. The air filter did arrive Monday, as stated by the emails.
The only reason I did not give 1 stars, was that JP Cycle was quick to refund my shipping charges, after I requested a refund.
Will I buy from them again? It is unlikely, unless the price of parts are very competitive. I can no longer rely on them to follow their own shipping forecast and policy.
I ordered a part in the morning and forgot to add something else I needed so I had to pay shipping on the second order even though I made it the same day (it was my fault.) It's a reputable business I'll be back.
Brake lever received but I had to file out hole where the " barrel" goes. It is of cheap quality, hope it lasts, not to reassuring as it controls front brake I guess you get what you pay for and I should have selected a brand name. Other items where as advertised and worked well
Was able to find product despite the web site and search engine listing other unrelated items. Been a long time customer, and since J P Cycles stopped having a printed catalog, I find myself ordering less products from them. They were my go-to for my HD parts & accessories. Bikers like myself want to be able to flip thru a printed catalog to find parts AND see what might be available for their ride to purchase another day.
Disappointed that I couldn't use military/first responder GovX discount.
Ordered the product I needed and after getting the shipping confirmation i waited and waited for it to arrive. After about 9 days i got in contact with customer service and found that the item had never shipped. A replacement was shipped with expedited shipping and showed up two days later. Happy with the customer service and the product just wish my original order came quicker. They did give me a $15 credit on my account for my next purchase so that is sweet.
Over the years I've only ordered a few thing but god damn I've never had a problem with what I've got weather it's the shipping or just wrong parts. You can NOT say that about to many online stores these days.
Actually it went really smooth, the prompts did what they needed to do correctly.
I paid for 2 day shipping, my package was picked up by FedEx on Wednesday which to me means I should have gotten it Friday. Instead it came on Monday. Explain to me how it takes 5 days to go from Las Vegas to Tucson AZ. I could have drove to Vegas and back way faster. Why pay extra for shipping if I'm not going to get it faster?
The seat arrived, I installed it on my bike then found the undisclosed problem, when I put the mount screw in the fender I see a hole poked in the cover, and the seam is crooked as hell. Now not so happy.
I was a little upset to find out that open box and close out items aren't included in 2 day shipping even though I pay to be a preferred member, had I known before hand i would have ordered new instead of open box which only saved me a few dollar but held me up from riding for a week
Quite easy to install. But there are a couple of nuances. 1. The bolts that come with the kit are made of fairly soft metal. An attempt to tighten the ball with a torque wrench led to the fact that the key nozzle began to crumple the metal of the bolt.
2. You may have no luck with the nozzle adapter pressure sensor. The thread travel may not be enough to screw in the nozzle all the way and so that the hose hole is at such an angle that it can be worked with. But this is solved with a custom washer.
JP Cycle is exactly what is needed in the World of saving money. Dealership costs for parts are getting outrageous. Everything on the site or in the store in Daytona is very affordable. I really like they have products for every budget also
As I'm a bit late to the game pulling my bikes out of storage and getting them ready for the season, I came across a number of things that needed to be addressed and replaced. I hop onto J&P and build a shopping cart filled with goodies, and it seems as soon as I hit Confirm Order, the parts are on my porch within 2 days. I love buying from J&P, from their great selection of OEM and aftermarket parts, excellent customer support, and always fast shipping. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I don't plan on going anywhere else for my motorcycle needs.
My original control buttons dried up, became brittle, and broke off about a week apart. HD wanted to sell me this package at $75 per button! Run, start, high/low beam, horn and signals! Get the picture?! This was truly a no brainer! Glad I searched around and found J&P Cycles!
I replaced 395 cca Harley Davidson OEM battery with a Yuasa 500 cca battery. OEM battery was toast after 13 months, and warranty expired. Yuasa battery turns over the 117 cu. In. Motor much faster. Did same with 2019 Street Glide two years ago, and Yuasa 500 cca battery still strong.
On line chat guy, (Sorry, didn't catch his name) was SUPER HELPFUL! Verified fitment of battery and price match.
Answer: Thats always the case with them! They dont tell you its out of stock unt after you place the order and find out yourself
Answer: We are having trouble understanding your question. How may we help you?
Answer: DONT ORDER FROM J&P CYCLE THEY DONT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS. Try Dennise Kirk they generally have it in stock and ships the same day. They sell everything.
Answer: They will tell you call ups... won't take any responsibility for it! U wonder why they don't show your order history confirmation.
Answer: Rick, it definitely depends on the exhaust manufacturer. On our website, we do have some videos or sound clips under the product description. Otherwise, we would refer you to the manufacturer's website for sound clips. Thank you for choosing J&P Cycles and have a great day on 2 wheels.

Answer: Hello Sebastiano, Currently we do not have that sissy bar in stock, we would have to order it in from our distributor. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
Answer: Hello Bill, The return address is as follows... 501 Industry Rd. Suite 400, Louisville KY 40208. You will just want to make sure that your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is clearly written on the box if you could please. This will help expedite the process once it reaches out warehouse. Thank you for your inquiry, -Kirk- Social Media Support Supervisor
