The rings are fake I paid 190.00 and the rings marked my finger green. I don't recommend no one to buy any jewelry from this company.
The order stated that it would arrive on mothers day(the 8th). After payment receive date changed to the 18th. When I contacted customer service with my issue I was told that the only give "Estimated" Receive Date and cannot give a shipping time.

Even though they said that they could not have it ship before mothers day they must have pushed my order to the top of the list. My order came on the 6th.

It seems like only a few people have been getting the short stick in this situation. My fiance proposed to me with a Jewlr engagement ring and it is GORGEOUS. The engraving is delicate and neat, fits, and hasn't turned my finger a strange color or seemed like it's been rusting. It's absolutely perfect.
I recently ordered two rings, a bracelet and a mothers charm... My order came sooner than the expected delivery date and every piece is beyond my expectations... Beautiful... I ordered a mothers ring for my girlfriend as she was about to give birth to our child. The ring came in on time and before she gave birth so my plan worked perfectly. That is until I slipped in on her finger and within 24 hours she had a greenish/purple ring around her finger from the ring. This instantly went from a great idea/gift to embarrassment on my behalf. I could not believe it. Very bad deal and will be trying to resolve this issue.

I bought a "sparkly love" infinity ring ($89 on sale, usually $119) for myself a couple weeks ago. It arrived right on time in a decent box along with a certificate of authenticity. The free gift I chose, a "double halo" necklace, was actually a little better-looking than the ring I paid for. My ring is paper-thin, the stones significantly smaller than I expected, and the word "love" sitting on one side of it wasn't molded very well. The letter "l" looks more like an ice cream cone, and the "e" is actually nothing but a tiny circle. It also runs a little large. I ordered a size 6.5, and it's still too big for my ring finger, so it's sitting on my middle finger now. Not exactly what I expected, but it still looks pretty to those who didn't see its picture on the site. I'm not returning the ring, but I'm not returning to Jewlr either. That's why I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2 or 4. Would I recommend this place? Oh, yes, if you're getting a necklace. For rings, shop elsewhere.

Received mothers ring as gift from my husband. On day 2 ring caught on my sweater and completely broke at weld. Ring was an attractive and unique design but was obvious once taken out of box that ring was junk. In the process of sending ring back to jewlr to be repaired at a cost to me of 30 dollars. This company terrible all around. Should have researched company prior to purchasing.
I had ordered a ring for my husband 10 days before I deployed. I wrote their customer service team asking if there was ANY WAY they could rush it so that I could have it before I left. The team was MORE than happy to help & placed a rush on the order right away. I am so happy with this company and would recommend them to everyone!
One of the most important in life was sold to my fiance under false pretenses, my future husband proposed to me on 8/2, on my birthday I went to have my ring sized only find that the meatal was a piece of $#*! n the stones were worthless, this is the worst company and they will totally rip you off. What a hell of a birthday gift, and that crushed my fiance, this company is total BS!
My ring was tarnished, went to a real jeweler- they said the diamonds were fake!
And on top of all that, my finger turned purple from the ring.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
