Was a little hesitant as the ring i ordered was a birthday gift for my mom. I worried it wouldn't ship in time. They shipped it fast and kept me updated via Facebook messenger which was great as i check that more consistently than my emails. Also liked that a real person was sending the messages and not a computer.
Communication was excellent. They updated me every step of the way. The ring arrived safe and very quick. It is very beautiful. I have received many compliments on it already. Would not think twice to order from them again. Very happy with my purchase!

The purchase and shipping of the item was all very easy. It was nice that they sent you a message via Facebook when the item shipped and was delivered. The only thing is the ring/stones look much bigger in the photos. Once you receive the ring the names and stones are SO small that you have to get glasses to read and see them. That was the only disappointing thing. Probably won't purchase another from this site for that reason.

Picture of ring is misleading of ring size. Band is so thin you can only read inscription with magnifying glass because band is only as thick as a string! Stones look fake! I am disappointed in the quality of the ring!
