I was under the impression, based on the photos of the ring, that it would be bigger than it was. Somewhat disappointed in the smallness.

My mom has wanted a mother's ring for ages Jewlr provided a way to create a custom ring for a reasonable cost. Designing the ring was very easy, choosing the style and stones. We opted out of engraving. We chose silver and all real stones and they I think were reasonable priced. Once ordered I liked that there was an option to track the package, which I chose and liked receiving the updates as to where my order was. Shipping was good the ring came on time and in good condition. The ring itself is lovely and is extremely good quality, I was super happy with it. Sizing was spot on (note we happen to own a ring sizer so we know exactly what size ring to order) and perfectly true to size. It fit my mom perfectly. Most importantly my mom LOVED it, she was so happy.
While the ring I ordered for my grand daughter to give her mom for mothers day was pretty... The size of the ring itself was very small and misrepresented in the photos. Was going to order another for myself but not now. I feel like the ring was very much mis-represented.
It showed up in a timely matter. And it was exactly what my mom wanted other than one of the jewels wasn't the same color that the website depicted.
I ordered the caged heart necklace (tree design) with birthstones for my mom for Mother's Day. She loves it! I had originally mistyped the zip code on the address and wrote the company to try to get it fixed. They responded with an email showing the corrected details within a few hours! The product also arrived to my mom earlier than the expected delivery date. I am very happy with my experience with this company and would definitely recommend them!
My Mother wanted a ring to show her pride of having 6 children. She sent me an email hint with the beautiful ring she wanted. So all of us kids got together and pichted in. I realized the size was wrong on the original order. I was able to change it with no problem. I received a response within minutes. My Mom received her ring in a timely manner. She had no idea we would really get it for her. She cried tears of joy. She loves her ring and is extremely happy with it. Thank you for creating such a beautiful keepsake for my Mom.
