I had a problem with the wrong stones being placed in my ring. (it looks like it probably was even my fault). They exchanged it and replaced it right away, no questions asked.

UPDATE: Company swears it is silver and it is possible that since we live in the south with humidity that the ring is tarnishing the few times she has worn it. They said they would put a coating on the ring to prevent tarnishing, but wants $25 for shipping. I recommend if you buy a silver ring that you ask them to coat it prior to sending you their product. I will let you all know how the process works.
Website states 1-3 days arrival. Never even got a dispatch email in that time. Company unreachable via telephone and only one of my emails was responded to saying it's actually 1-3 days shipping. No dispatch in time frame given and no response to emails. Order was for my Mums birthday so greatly inconvenient. A week later I cancelled the order as was no use to me late but they sent the next day regardless. Have to refuse the goods on attempted delivery so as to not have to return at my own expense. PayPal and trading standards working with me... Hopefully this appalling company is stopped from trading soon. Some of these positive reviews are suspiciously defensive?! All negitive ones are same problem as mine which speaks volumEs
I bought an engagement ring for my boyfriend, turns out it's to big for him. The ring's material can't be resize and they have been very accommodating for me to get the right size.
Waiting for my ring to see the quality am very un sure of the outcome been researching and pricing seems competitive! Will order more if I am holy! Will update!

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
