I picked Jewlr because they could make the ring I wanted and deliver it in time for my wedding. Three days prior, the ring did not "pass quality control" and they pushed the delivery date out beyond the wedding. The only good thing is they allowed me to cancel and refund the order and express shipping.
Now I'm left without a ring with 3 days to go.

Apsolute scam, do not purchase. Waste of time. The products look lovely but don't last. My partner had a tungsten ring 6 months ago and it's split and chipped without cause! Gave them a chance to rectify the fault but no one has been in touch apart from to get more money for a replacement. My partner looks after his things and hardly wears this ring. Maybe when we go for food or a special occasion. Tungsten is known for its strength and yes I know not indestructible but I'm beginning to question what they are passing off as certain materials. Getting this ring checked by a Precious Metals Worker that we are fortunate to know so we have more of a insight on this product. The ring has huge sentimental value and is looked after perfectly. I appreciate you have people that miss use items but you can't put everyone in that same category, what's the point of having a manafacture warranty. I'm not one to leave a review without giving a company chance to rectify a issue as human error, mistakes and product faults are beyond control. I judge a company on how they rectify the issue and their communication (lack of) and customer service.
I made a purchase of a silver necklace, I received it within 2 days. I received it at around 11 in the morning of June 1st and put it on instantly because I was excited, I had already showered and gotten ready for the day so the necklace never touched water, around 11:45 that same night I went to the washroom and as I was washing my hands I glimpsed that the necklace was discoloured in the mirror. On closer inspection when I removed the necklace, it was completely tarnished, the letters were literally turning black. The necklace was already a lot smaller and flimsier looking than what was advertised but I just let that slide, but to receive something of such terrible quality is insane. I don't know how they are ripping off people this bad
I have never before ordered jewelry online but these folks made it so easy and their products are so beautiful and they even resized one of my rings for me. They are so attentive and are so customer focused. Thank you all.

The ring arrived a little late than it should but it was worth the wait, its beautiful came in nice packaging and was well wrapped up so it couldn't get damaged. My daughter loved it thank you

I purchased a tungsten metal ring that broke within a week of light wearing. I emailed yet they said they couldn't replace or fix it. They offered 30% off if I wanted to purchase the same ring again, but I will not be shopping ever again with this company, and I hope you don't either. A discount doesn't fix my broken ring I spent $180 on. The 30% discount is only about $20. Thankfully they refunded me in full but I'll be purchasing a ring elsewhere.

This company saved Christmas! My daughter has wanted a custom name necklace ever since she was little. Money being what it is, it has been hard to get it for her. This Christmas, I finally had the money to order the necklace of her dreams. UPS lost the package and the hope of seeing her delighted Christmas morning was lost. When I spoke to customer service, they told me they would check with UPS to see what happened. The next day, I received an email saying that they were sending me a new necklace to replace the lost one! Best part, it is going to arrive by Dec 21st! It was very easy to make my gift selection. Some of the suggestions seemed strange... like a picture for the box. When I received the package I was impressed. The packaging was very sturdy, thereby protecting my gift. The card was beautifully done. A surprise was how wonderful the picture looked on the gift box.
