I ordered 3 classic flip pendants from Jewrl. Admittedly I was a little skeptical about ordering "genuine gold" jewelry online. I find it difficult to gauge gold without feeling the weight. Jewrl's catalog is quite extensive with plenty of alternatives to help make your piece perfect for each customer. When adding stones to your piece you can select genuine or simulated, 10k or 14k and white, yellow or rose gold.
I found ordering quite simple except that there seemed to be a bit of a glitch in the app. I was ordering genuine stones for all my pieces however, during checkout the order changed to simulated stones on several occasions of course needing me to go back a few times to make corrections. This was a little frustrating.
My 3 pendants were created in approximately 10 days, delivery shortly there after. I must admit, the pendants are stunning! They have a good weight to them and are beautifully detailed. Definitely a quality piece of jewellery I will be most proud to gift to my children. Jewrl is definitely now my first stop for quality jewellery!
This company gave me an opal Cross for a friend's birthday and when I needed them to have a delivered on the specific dates they were able to help me out

I ordered a lovely sterling engraved bracelet for a friend's baby. Unfortunately, a mix up in the address resulted in the order going awry and was lost. I complained to customer service and the company was very fast in responding. A refund or replacement was offered. I have chosen a replacement and am hopeful the bracelet will arrive where it was intended. The company has interesting and pretty products and I am happy to support this new store.
Originally bought 2 name necklace, but another grandchild came along. Phoned customer service and they walked me through the steps to send back the original and add a third charm. Clear and concise and it all worked out great.

Our experience with Jewlr was beyond positive. I am so grateful we found this company. My son was looking for a special ring for a special someone that was leaving for a year on a mission trip. After looking through the mall and a few fine jewelry stores to no avail, he did a random google search for "sunflower" rings since she likes sunflowers and he thought there might be something. He found the perfect ring on Jewlr's website and not only was it perfect he had the ability to customize it. We paid express shipping and since it took him so long to find the perfect ring, even with express it would arrive a day late. I took a chance and emailed the company never expecting a reply. I did receive a reply and it was an extremely kind and personal assurance that they would do all they could do. The ring did arrive in time, and it exceeded our expectations. This company is a true gem! They have a lifetime, repeat customer in me. I HIGHLY recommend them and hope this little Jewelry company goes on to see immense success. They deserve it for the selection and quality of their jewelry and most of all, for the integrity, character and commitment to customer service that must be a core value. My husband bought a necklace I had always wanted with my name on does not look like my name and chain would only fit a child. So thin was not cheap costing £180 do not buy from them save your money.

I recently purchased a ring for my better half through Jewlr and stupidly I messed up applying my new customer discount to my order, Ana A, one of the lovely assistants, sorted this discount out for me post order completion and I've never received such excellent and efficient customer service like it! Would recommend to anyone looking to find amazing jewellery at a reasonable price from wonderful and caring people! Put a smile on a retail sales assistants face, which is no easy feat.
I bought a Tungsten ring from them for my boyfriend and it cracked within 2 months. They sent me another one saying broken tungsten is a rare occurrence and they're durable. The new one broke again and cut my boyfriend's finger! They won't do anything about it since its past warranty - overall paid $100+ for quality that's $#*!ter and more expensive than Pandora, what a joke. GARBAGE quality, they probably purchase these from aliexpress and resell. DO NOT BUY!

The writing looks cute but that's the nicest thing I can say. After paying extra to change the length from 14 inches to 16 because 14 inches would fit like a choker and that wasn't the look I was going for I was disappointed to see that the 16 inch was pretty much a choker because it was uncomfortably tight around me neck. Now the name itself. The font is great however it is so thin and flimsy I could literally bend it. I'm scared it I turn my neck too fast it might snap in two. Again, I really wanted to like it. It's cute and it came a day earlier but I can't. I will have to return. Hopefully, it won't be a issue. I forgot to mention, I went to Claire's today and saw that they had zodiac name necklaces. Out of curiosity, I picked one up and bent it and it didn't! This silver, $27.99 necklace didn't even bend meanwhile, this $250 necklace bent instantly.
I bought a mother's ring the diamond fell off 3x I was told I can return it for a refund. Well that's a lie they won't return it I already got 3 excuses why they won't. Don't waste your money your better off going somewhere else.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. This is by far the cheapest and worst product I have ever purchased. I purchased a necklace for my anniversary and it broke on the first time it was worn. Nobody should ever waste their money on a product this cheap, especially when it is expensive to purchase. Zero quality. Now, they are charging me to return it. I have no idea why I would ever purchase from them again.
I ordered the "Classic Separated 2-5 Stones Mother's Ring", choosing a sterling silver band with simulated stones. Rather than it just being the kids' stones, I decided to create a family ring. From left to right, we have Amethyst for me, Pink Tourmaline for the hubby, Garnet for our son and Sapphire for our daughter. I wasn't looking for anything overly fancy, just wanted a simple ring to represent us four.
Shipping was quick and I received my ring 1 week after ordering, even with a stat holiday and a snowstorm within that time frame. I will mention that I live within a few hours of Toronto Ontario, so that very well could have had a positive effect on the delivery.
When I initially ordered my ring I selected size 8. Unfortunately when it arrived it was much too big. I decided to purchase a ring sizing set at my local craft store to better determine the exact size I needed my ring to be. In all honesty, I wish I'd done that beforehand! I had to pay shipping both ways, to get it to Toronto and back, with the cost of the first resizing free. In total, that was an added $26. Again, my error, not the company's. I had my ring back within a week and now it fits beautifully.
I never had to contact customer service, as the company website makes it easy to find the information regarding resizing. It was as simple as clicking a link to request a resizing form, printing it and filling it out before sending it back with my ring.
My experience with this company was very easy, quick and hassle free from start to finish. The selection is decent and prices are very reasonable. I would gladly purchase from them again and I highly recommend them.

They don't even deserve one star! Purchased the Celtic eternal love charm with birthstones for a friend who lost both parents to covid. Bought it as a keepsake for her with her parents birthstones. The picture on the website is NOTHING like what I got! It's awful. Looks like plastic. Aquamarine stone looks white. Worst quality. What a rip off! See the pictures below. Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
