I ordered a ring for my husband for our anniversary. You never know how things are going to be when you order online. I had never ordered from them before so I was nervous. The ring was perfect when I got it and was engraved just like I wanted. It was a little to small so I inquired about exchanging it. They have been wonderful to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely order from them again
The ring was for a friend, and she loved it. I then bought 6 rings for my other friends. I'm giving them sabbath. I think they are going to love them to.

I placed an order using paypal. No order review or address confirmation came up, it just processed the order. It ended up using my old address. I immediately contacted the company. After being on hold for several minutes the message said I would be called back but no one called me back. I followed the instructions on their website to make changes to my shipping address. I emailed them as per their instructions. I emailed again and again. I called again and again. Then I got an email saying my order shipped to my old address. Finally got an answer at customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. Really jewlr? This company is a scam I can only guess that their positive reviews are planted by them because there is no way anyone would give them a good review.
One very happy customer here…I ordered a name necklace, but once received, I decided I wanted the thicker version. Got in touch with Customer Service and from the get go they were AWESOME… it was an easy return, they paid for the shipping and the refund didn't take long at all! Once I received my refund, I ordered the thicker version and it will be arriving tomorrow :) The best experience from beginning to end :) ty!

The necklace arrived and it was perfect. When I asked about a box for it, your staff bent over backwards providing me with information about available options. Our oldest daughter was about to give birth to our grandson, I opted for the photo box. Two weeks later he was born in Denver. I took a picture of my wife, daughter and grandson then sent it that evening to Katie. Just a few days later the box arrived and it was terrific! What a wonderful Christmas gift for my wife! Purchased a ring for my husband less than 3 months ago in remembrance of his late twin brother. Ring has/had two amethyst gems. One fell out already last week. Since the company has a 1 yr repair policy, I placed the repair order and was SUPPOSED to receive a CALL letting me know who and how to send his ring in. Instead I received the following email "
Thank you for your email and we definitely want to help you get your ring repaired.
However, due to the busy holiday season and the large number of orders that we are working hard to fulfill, we cannot accept any repairs at this time.

Received a piece in white gold as a gift. My son paid a lot. The piece looked nice but was very very thin for the price. Have hardly worn it. Because it's so thin have had to be careful in handling it. Now the clasp broke so it's unusable. Would never order anything from this company again. It's a total rip off!
This place is a joke. My husband ordered me a ring from there in 2019. In March of this year, one of the stones fell out. I contacted them to get it replaced. I had to pay $64 for the stone, repair and shipping. Their repair policy states that while they have the ring, they will check it over to make sure all of the prongs are good and such. Well, here we are in November and the other stone fell out because of another broken prong. I contacted the company, and again, they want to charge me $69 for the repair. This ring was not cheap, therefore it should not be breaking multiple times. If they would have checked it over when they had it in March like they said they did, they would have been able to repair the other prong as well and I wouldn't be in this situation. They won't even offer to waive the shipping fee.
Ordered the Personalized Name Necklace with rope chain and SO disapointed in the quality. Chain is so thin, clasp is weak. The name is so thin it bends. Waste of money :( Wanted to give this to my niece for her 18th birthday but cant as quality is so cheap. Very very disappointing
They "shipped" the necklace I bought my wife. It didn't arrive on time, and Jewlr made an excuse and said it would be moving in 2 business days. I had to call FedEx three days later. It was delayed by FedEx because, as FedEx claimed, the package was empty. Jewlr said it wasn't and told me they'd launch a 10 business day investigation. Rude customer service. They simply made excuses and offered no solution. Never offered a shipping refund, or any concessions whatsoever. Only gave me a refund after I said I expected a refund in full in addition to my product. They gave me the refund but the product that they never shipped of course never arrived. They're a half step above a scam, and from reading other reviews I'm actually very grateful the product didn't arrive. It would likely have been of a quality reminiscent of a pre-school art project. The incompetence is staggering.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
