I purchased an early 2011 MacBook Pro from Jemjem. There were a few small dents in the case but that was to be expected from an "acceptable quality" refurbish. It runs great and for the price I am very happy. Could possibly need a better battery but that is a non issue

I've been checking out Jem Jem for a couple years now and recently I was able to buy something off of here. I got an iPad air 2 and I love, love, love, love it. I bought a charger as well and it charges fast. I had a case but the immediately messaged me and told me it wasn't gonna fit my iPad air 2 and they took it of as I requested and sent it out.

My purchase got here on time and when I needed to return it for my fault ordering the wrong product, it was a timely refund and process. Would recommend!

Disappointed my ipad came with a defective headpgone jack. However, customer service has been good on an exchange or fix. They were gonna look at it before an exchange.

I purchased an Ipad mini with cellular. I received a shipping email. It never arrived. I called, they said they had to cancel order due to lack of inventory. I wouldn't have minded if they had let me know but I was looking for a package each day. They need to make sure and let people know the status.

I bought an iPhone 6 Plus and the phone I received looked brand new, not even a single scratch. I received my phone within 3 days and easy tracking. I've had absolutely NO problems and I'm 100 percent satisfied. I was so satisfied, that when my girlfriend needed an iPad mini, we ordered from them and once again, it came looking brand new and fast shipping, this time arriving in 2 days.

Fast and friendly service. Great product at a low price. My child with Cerebral Palsy had broke his old one. We found the exact refurbished one on JemJem for a great price!

When I installed H2O SIM on my phone I found that the time of starting the service is the day you shipped out the SIM card. This card must be activated by used and not by seller, sometimes it is possible that I need this SIM for future use.

Ordering, receiving, requesting return, and returning all went very well. Would be better if JamJam could insert deactivated or expired simis into refurbish unlocked phones they are selling, as an option for those who want to use the devices as WiFi only, and run apps, such as Whatsapp, which do not support tablets.
