I brought a supposed to be unlocked iPhone took it to the store and they told me it was locked I want my money back
I ordered my daughter an iPhone 6 plus for her bday... Received an iPhone 6 that is locked and still has another financial obligation on it. $400 and I can't use my phone. I want my money back!
I bought 3 of my used iphones from jemjem and I love the price and quality of the device. Came with free shipping, Free 90 day warranty(this was important as these are used electronics). Had issue with 1 of the item, screen wasn't responsive, contact them got RMA same day, got the replacement in a week. Overall great experience! Keep up!

I bought a 'refurbished' phone and its screen fell off 4 days later. JemJem wants me to send this phone first, they would spend 7-10 business days figuring stuff out before sending me a replacement phone (probably another lemon). I can't be without phone for 3 weeks. I will absolutely never buy again.
Heard good things about it but was thoroughly disappointed by the iphone I bought. The touch screen wasn't working properly. However, the three stars for very good customer service. The process of returning the equipment was very easy.
Received phones in the mail and took to a Verizon store and to purchase a SIM card but technician stated it would not work on their network. I researched it before I bought the phones and they were supposed to work on Verizon.

Bought a refurbished iPad 4. The iPad can be a little delayed at times but overall it works great. Also the wall power outlet that came with it started to not charge it hardly at all. I switched it and now it charges fine.
I purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro that JemJem listed as having an nVidia discrete video card. After completing the purchase, I researched the model number listed, and it did NOT have the nVidia video card, and none this model ever did! I went back to JemJem's website and noticed that they listed ALL of the MacBook Pros with nVidia cards.
After spending the better part of a morning to reach a person at the phone number that JemJem listed for customer service, I was lucky enough to get my order cancelled.
I also let the CS rep know that all of the 15" MacBook Pro listings incorrectly listed 'dual NVIDIA graphic processors'. But 4 weeks later, nothing has changed, no corrections have been made to these blatant errors.
JemJem gave me the fully upgraded model of the MacBook Pro laptop I ordered, and it came on time, very safely packaged, and in perfect condition. I feel very lucky that I chose to go with JemJem vs some of the other similar companies. I've been recommending buying a used Apple computer from them to friends and family since then.
IPad is having issues only had for 30 days. Screen goes fuzzy and apps won't function. Will be call company tomorrow to find out how we shipba k to receive a refund.
I attempted to buy an item from JemJem twice now. Both times the item has been cancelled a week later since they are "out of stock" even when the website says otherwise. This happened twice months apart with separate phones. And in both cases they don't reach out to you and tell you and instead you have to go to them and you will get a slow answer 3 days later. They gave a full refund both times, but is very difficult when they advertise products that they do not have.
The computer looks and works as expected. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took JemJem 2 extra days to prepare my package, and then the post service (think it was UPS) took 1 extra day. I was leaving the US and the computer arrived after I left (although it was supposed to arrive before) and I had to pay extra to send it to a friend who brought it to me.
