Equating the price and the quality of phone i got from them, i can say it was a good deal. Shipping was fast as well.

The Ipad i bought from them was one of the best deals i've gotten on refurbished items. Ipad looks new and it works perfectly.

I bought a 300$ phone, the first one showed up dirty and defective, I contacted the company and they replaced it with another defective phone. So now I have a 300$ iphone that overheats and doesn't have a functional front facing camera.

I placed a order on April 13th, it said it was shipped the same day now it's delayed. He does not return emails.

The "delivery date" was pushed back the moment after I made the purchase. The item arrived after I was informed in multiple occasions that it would. It cost me alot of money, and jemjem offered no redress.

The phone I got was at a great price, the shipping was quick, and they even gave me@ towards another item for me a gift

I never received the items I ordered. I received a refund, but I was not advised that the refund was being done or why. I just took it that there was no products. If I hadn't checked my account I would never have known. It was refunded!

I'm pleased with their service. Shipping was fast and the Samsung chrome book has been been fully functional. It was a good deal.

I got on here to buy an apple laptop but i ended up buying a laptop and an Iphone 8 plus. The phone was very clean but the laptop had one or two minor scratch behind. Both are working fine.

I'm a frequent buyer of gadgets and I've saved a lots of bucks buying from them. Not because i love buying gadgets but because my business depends on gadgets. Their products have been good.

I've known JemJem since 2017 and have made about 4 purchases from them. I only had issue with one purchase and they were able to replace the phone. I actually rejected it because the edge was a bit rough. They have been good and I'll always buy from them because they have quality gadgets at good prices.

Their prices are good and the phone was good too. I opted for refurbished so i could save some bucks and i'm happy the process was smooth.

Within 2 years I've bought three items from them and haven't had any issue with any of them. I bought 2 phones and a Macbook pro, they are all working.

I sent a refurbished laptop I purchased as it was not working! To top it off, jemjem claims they never got the laptop back! It was sent back in the box it came in with their rma #. So now I'm out a laptop and jemjem sucks! Don't

The MacBook i got from them was just as described. It's in the best possible condition. The deal was a good one and i'll surely deal with them again.

I was a bit skeptical but my fears have been put to rest after 2 weeks of usage. I finally settled for an Iphone 7 and it's all good.

I made the right decision buying an Ipad pro from them. After extensive usage, I can attest it was worth the money. I'll rather buy refurbished these days than spend so much money on a new item.
