Of all the refurbished phone companies i checked they had the best prices. I bought an Iphone 7 from them 2 weeks ago and so far it's been great!

Is a rip off, DO NOT BUY FROM JEM JEM
The fhone does not work i spend several money trying to fix IT AND STILL NO WORK, they do not return the money thar i pay

It was a good buy I've used the phone extensively. I will purchase phones from there in the future as well.

The first IPad I received worked well and we are still using it. I ordered another and ended up returning two because they wouldn't work.

We ordered a refurbished iPhone, thinking our experience would be as good as the last time. It was not. We spent hours on the phone with Apple trying to do all kinds of tricks to get it to work, and it still has little glitches (it gets hot, it shuts down for some inexplicable reason at random).

YI'm very satisfied with the service. But there was one mistake, I asked if the laptop I purchased had a slot for a CD drive and the person that responded mentioned it did not- It did. The computer runs great. Thank you I've referred you a number of times and will continue to do so.

Products were defective, had to return, return process was not a breeze, will Not be ordering from here again

But I reported missing a phone case my las order jj promised to ship one and never did! Not a very good customer service!

I'm glad with their service. Got an IPhone (Iphone 8)from them two weeks ago and I'm very impressed with the outcome. Phone looks new and I haven't noticed any defects for now. Another good thing is that the ship for free.

Got to know them through a co-worker. Bought a macbook from them 3 weeks ago, they shipped it to Portland within 6 days. I haven't experienced any issue so far. I'm happy i got it for a far lesser price and it's serving the purpose.

I ordered a MacBook from them and they delivered the MacBook within 6 days. I've been using the MacBook for 3 weeks now and have not noticed any issue. Great service.

A big thumbs up to these guys... I ordered a MacBook pro from these guys and I've got nothing but joy. Very clean no defects and functions smoothly.

I ordered 2 Ipad pro for my High School Boys and both are in perfect condition. One was almost brand new while the other had a little scratch behind which is not obvious. I'm glad i got value for my money.

Pre-owned items purchased through Best Buy come from Jem Jem and are garbage! Jem Jem will lose the original items you send in for repair and replace it what they deem to be an "equivalent." Then, Best Buy will make you continue to pay on your Best Buy credit card account and refuse to refund due to serial numbers not matching the original item. Scam alert!

I'm happy I bought my phone from them. For now the phone is faultless. I'll update if I have any issue with it.

I'm was never a fan of refurbished until I bought one from them. Price was fair enough and the quality was good too. For now I'm in.

No much words to say... Received the phone in an excellent condition and so has it been for 2 weeks. A good store to buy refurbished Apple devices.

Bought a full functional Ipad 3 mini from this store and I'm happy about it. It beats my expectation already and I'll surely use them again.
