They were efficient in repairing and cleaning my laptop. I had to be away from my laptop and hey were able complete the repair without me. Would recommend them to anyone for support.

Raul was very good at explaining things and did not get upset with me when I asked him to slow down. I'm old and listen slower. He was very patient even when I got upset. Henry did the technical work and was nice.

This takes a while so don't hurry. They are very patient. Max Gale worked on the services for me and I haven't used my computer yet but it does seem faster to me. I hope it clears up things and our computer keeps working like it is now.
