My mother in her 60s was taken advantage of for $379 for services she did not need.
She clicked on a deceptive pop-up window and called believing there was a security threat to her computer. She was lead to believe she needed their services and signed an agreement for a year and gave them remote access to her computer. Nicholos Johnson you should be ashamed for taking advantage of someone who was clearly unaware you were selling her something she did not need. I uninstalled everything they added, scanned for viruses and luckily there was nothing. They are a THIRD PARTY - NOT Microsoft. They also go by TG PC Tech, Swami Internationals. They have ignored my attempt to contact them directly for a refund, so now I have to escalate to complaints with BBB and Credit Card Company. I have already alerted Microsoft. Don't fall for this pop-up!
