VERY EXPRESSIVE, CLEAR AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS PRESENTATION! Mr. Wells has a plesant personality which makes it easier for the customer and the tech to understand what is taking place in customer's computer. I dont usually find this type of temperment in other techs in past years. He made an otherwise unplesant, frustrating experience a little more eaiser to accept by his mannerisms.

The Technicians could find and fix problems nobody else could. They also were very pleasant, patient and kind. With my multiple problems causing all the difficulties turned out to be my anti virus software, which was Avast & Mcafee. I don't have them anymore, thanks to My last technician from ITzSupport.

A pop up comes up on your computor saying you have a virus and you must call the number on the pop up. Then they SCAM you into $999.99 worth of crap security and support. Yes, this happened to my 87 year old mother. There is a special place in HELL for you people!
