Ordered a costume for our therapy dog to where on Halloween to meet special needs kids. Was promised before Halloween and got nothing and still waiting. No response from them after several attempts now disputing charges to PayPal they were blasted so bad on Instagram they took down there acct.
Takes too long for delivery; advertise for Halloween costumes for dogs; they obviously meant Halloween in 2020 not 2019 apparently 6 weeks is not enough delivery time.
They sent me a tracking number from USPS and it says it was delivered and of course it was not. My building has a security at front desk that holds my packages so I know nobody took it. Not in my mailbox either. Think they are using fake tracking numbers, this company is horrible. I reported them to Paypal
I ordered a costume that took 4 weeks to arrive. When I inquired about it many times, I was told that the order page noted that the item would be delivered before Halloween. The "add to cart" functionality was at the top of the page and only by scrolling allllllllll the way to the bottom of the page would anyone see that. Misleading no? When I brought that to their attention, I was basically told to deal with it. STAY AWAY! Order anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.
The actual IndigoPetco website doesn't allow you to submit a review unless they invite you to, that is sketchy already. I ordered two dog costumes 16 days in advance before Halloween, and had to reach out to Indigo to find out why my ordered hadn't been shipped yet. They replied that it would be shipped out ASAP, and about 20 minutes later I get an email with a tracking number stating the items had shipped. As of this writing, the item has been in the status of "pre-shipment" for the past 10 days. It hasn't even been tendered over to USPS and is just sitting in the warehouse at Indigo. I've reached out numerous times and just get the complete runaround. "your package will be updated by 5pm today at the latest" "your package will ship soon" etc. I still don't have it, and unless they are planning on overnighting it to me, it will be completely useless to me. Sad that I will have to support a big box store to get items for my dog, when I really wanted to support them because they give to animals in need... well, supposedly. I will NEVER order from them again, and if you are considering it, I would think again. This place is a scam!

I ordered the small/medium dog toothbrush and received one that looked completely different than the one advertised. I tried many times to contact them and never received a reply. PayPal said my item didn't look as different as the one advertised. Pictures attached. The light green square looking one is what I received. The one I ordered and expected is the darker green one. Will NEVER purchase anything from them again!
Ordered a costume for an even 10 days prior they sent an email saying it shipped but that was a lie. They did not ship it till 7 days after I paid for it, now when it finally does arrive it is worthless. Feel like they ripped me off terrible company
I made my order on the 11th of October. It was a Friday. I figured I'd give them until Monday to send me tracking, but Didn't get tracking information until the 19th! I reached out and they told me it had already left the warehouse. But when? Because the tracking specifically says a label was created but USPS has yet to receive it? They also said it may take up to 7 days to update tracking info in the system. Supposing that was true, why would they barely be sending out my package on the 19th when I ordered on the 11th? Seriously, that latest it should have gone out is Monday the 14th or even Tuesday the 15th. But the 19th? They have stopped responding to my emails. I also messaged them on Instagram and commented on their latest photo from September 24th. Nothing. Hope you see this on time and don't order from here.
God-awful company and customer service. Wish I could give negative stars. I bought 2 toothbrushes and after failed attempts to talk to customer service, I finally reached someone who gave me instructions to return them. I followed their instructions and they kept my product and my money. Been trying to reach for 6+mos and no dice. They don't even reply to their BBB in Az. Save your money. Run away from this site. Hope you read this in time.
I ordered 2 of the tooth brush bones since I have 2 dogs. I paid for 2, but only one was shipped. I have e-mailed them 3 times and they never answer. Do not waste your money on this company. The product didn't work either. The holes where the toothpaste was supposed to come through were too small.

The item was marked as delivered over 3 weeks ago, maybe even longer, however I never received it. I do live in an apartment complex, so there is a chance it was put in the wrong mailbox. However, it has not been turned into the leasing office and USPS cannot locate it. I reached out to IndigoPet via email and have yet to receive a response. I then messaged them on Instagram letting them know I have not received it nor have I heard back from customer service. They responded with the tracking number (which I had, otherwise how would I have known it was marked as delivered?) and told me to reach out to my local USPS. I asked if they would assist in helping me find it and they sent me a screenshot of the USPS tracking page that it had been delivered. I let them know this is extremely poor customer service, to which they responded and I quote, "Your package is delivered to the address you ordered from. When USPS has confirmed its delivered its their responsiblity that you have your products, that's what they get paid for not us. We made sure it was shipped out and delivered on time, after that it's the shipping company's duty to get it to you." They then asked if I had reached out to USPS, which I already had and I had a case open. I have never in my life experience such a lack of customer service. Successful companies would offer a refund or even a store credit for that matter, whereas Indigo Pet spoke very unprofessionally and has yet to respond after my latest message. I last messaged letting them know I'd filed a case and that USPS cannot locate it. USPS said they can mark the case as closed and provide a write-up confirming it is missing. I then asked for a refund or what other information they would need to give me my money back, and crickets. As someone who shops online A LOT, this is my first review about a product or customer service ever. I'm more mad at myself that I fell for their crappy marketing and bought the item. What a waste of money, time and effort to deal with such a lazy company.
They're clearly in this game to make a quick buck before enough people realize it's a scam. Their products are cheap and fall apart in minutes and they have zero customer service. I've sent multiple emails and messages to the company with zero response. I wish I has reviewed them more thoroughly before purchasing.
I paid $29 with tax for a toothbrush for my dog and it was destroyed in 5 minutes. She's a small dog. The brush is too soft. Of course they do not have a phone number listed for contact so I'm waiting on an email. Lets see if they make good on my purchase
I bought the dental chew toy. I looked at several kinds and this seemed to have the best review. Within 20 minutes of giving the toy to my 15 lbs Bichon/Caviler it was completely shredded. Multiple emails to the company and no response. Funny because I still get daily emails from the about their sales. STAY AWAG FROM THEM!
I bought several times from this site. They always ship quick & they have great quality products. I emailed them once to change my address because I entered it wrong and they replied within 2 minutes and changed it for me. That's about as hassle free as it gets.
I ordered a paw cleaner from indigopetco and it arrived in less than a week. I had no issues with them whatsoever and the paw cleaner is nice quality. Defiantly recommend.
