DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and never send your product. It's been 37 days since my order and it NEVER shipped nor will they respond to messages requesting an update or to cancel the order. What a scam.
I was very excited about my order that I had placed with this company. I was given a 15% discount at check out. And my order was o the way. It took a week for it to be delivered. I get my order and to see that 1 I order 2 pieces from the company. I got only 1 item and it was the wrong item and of course, i am missing my 2nd item. There is no phone number to speak to customer service and their policy is NO REFUNDS exchanges will have to take place 7 days from receiving. I have been emailing this company for 3 days now. No one is replying to any of my emails. Im glad that I only spend $30.00 that I won't miss. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Been more than 3 weeks that I am waiting for my order. No response, no update, nothing.
Paying delivery fees, so that it arrives in less than 10 days... 30$ just thrown out of the window!

I placed an order back in April. I didn't receive my order until a month later. Then, my order was incorrect and I've attempted multiple times to contact this company with no response. It has been a month since I "received my order" and I have yet to hear back. There is no phone number to reach out to for customer service either. 10/10 don't recommend doing business with them even though they actually have nice products.

Worst experience of my life. For the first time i ordered online. I made a paypal account JUST to order a costume from them back in the beginning of October! I paid for fast shipping so my order could guaranteed be delivered before Halloween. I ordered a large costume for my dog. Weeks n weeks went by I asked them a lil before a week on email like what's going on, (btw) I should of known it was sketchy they have no phone number to contact them. Anyway they replied quite fast saying your product will be guaranteed delivered before Halloween' I said okay. Closer and closer Halloween came, I was still emailing them, they stopped answering after the first email they replied to me. I live in Canada so the costume alone plus extra shipping came to about over 60$. I received the costume weeks after Halloween. Pay Pal was no help ( I do not recommend using it) and indigo pet i is a legit scam. I should of read the reviews before I bought. Not just me out of $$ that spent towards this bs company. Very unprofessional they need to be shut down. Majority of their reviews are bad! Save your money ppl or give it to a legitimate website you're more familiar with

I bought this toy after looking at the Instagram advertisements and first off, it wouldnt stick to any of our floors. Secondly, my dog tore it apart aftter 10 minutes. This company does NOT offer refunds or returns. Why purchase from some place as shady as this? They sink a ton of money into advertising to lure unsuspecting consumers. I purchased the suction cup tug of war toy for my dog after seeing all of their ads on Instagram. I was really excited for him to use it, but the suction didn't hold and the rope started fraying immediately. I tried reaching out to the company using any means possible on numerous occasions but never received a single response. It appears that there is no return policy or customer service. The toy was expensive but cheaply made. Avoid this company at all costs!

Horrible horrible company. Learned my lesson. Received two items I ordered way to late ( about a month to receive) once I got them I did not need the outfits anymore as they were Halloween costumes and I bought from a different store so I would have in time. They were unopened and I shipped them back. Took about a month to get them to refund me. Multiple emails and never had a response. Finally I got a response saying they put the refund through. I checked my credit card statement and I only recieved credit for one outfit not for the other one I returned. Asked for credit for the second one and no response. Thank you for steeling my money indigo petco. Terrible customer service and upsetting over such a small item they will not refund me as I sent them their products back. Stay away- not worth your time.
Ordered a toothbrush toy for my dog last week and he absolutely loves it. The toy arrived very quickly (less than three days) The toy had very clear and easy to understand instructions. Every interaction I had with the company was super simple and it really made it a good experience for me.
I have ordered from this company over 8 times and never had one issue. They donate money to the AAWL and the ASPCA. Would 100% recommend.
I ordered multiple items from Indigo Pet Co and one of my items was missing (cost $25). I have emailed the company multiple times and have not heard back. I have even posted in their social media asking for the item and warning others and they delete my posts. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
Initially I reached out to find out where my costumes where as I had ordered them almost a month earlier. I received a response which was appreciated but the costumes literally showed up on Halloween. Then when I opened it one of the costumes was a small and I ordered a large. I reached out to them with a picture and request for a refund multiple times with no response.
The Halloween costume we ordered on Oct 4th showed up the day after Halloween. Still not happy about the lack of response to email but at least we got the costume even if it was a day after it was needed... to bad it won't fit for next year. :(

With all the choices out there in pet supplies DONT deal with Indigo Pet Co. They advertise discounts that they don't honor. Delivery time is worthless and there are no returns. I can't say enough about how disgusting they are as a company.

10/9/19 - received email stating I will receive my order before Halloween.
10/19/19 - received text that order was shipped but did not give tracking number. Sent email to Indigopetco stated that I have a party on 10/26 and need costumes before then.
10/30/19-did not receive response from my 10/19/19 email, have sent another email asking for status and requesting directions on returning their costumes
10/31/19-received costume at 11:30am. However, only received 1 costume (Deadly Dog) and as of date (11/4/19) have not received the other costume or response to my email.
