My overall experience was good. I chose the option to have imprint create my yard sign, 1 color and send me a proof. I wasn't impressed with their proof. They basically sent me a mock-up of a sign with regular type verbiage that I provided. White background with black lettering. I disapproved the proof and sent them a pdf of what I wanted. Then they sent me a proof of what I sent them and I ok'd it. My suggestion would be to provide your own proof. After that, everything went fine and we are pleased with our finished product.

I can tell you. I don't know who the other clients talked to, but their expectations must have been they were okay to spend 5-10 times the money for similar quality. I called this company in a pinch, I already had my art work, I already had my art work and they deliver! On time (less than 5 days), at the price promised, in a professional manner. They continued to update me on my order as the process moved along. I have nothing but rave reviews for this company and those I worked with. When you order be honest, tell them what you want and pay what it cost. You don't get something for nothing. I can tell you it will be difficult for me to use anyone else after my experience with this company. They were spot on!

My order was not received on the date it was designated to be delivered. I did not have my order for the event I ordered it for. I was told this was because of the Chinese New Year...had I paid more my order would have been delivered in 24 hours. My order was 2 1/2 weeks. No one emailed to say there was going to be a delay. When I called Customer service I was given the run around that I shipped it to China--because I used standard shipping. You have false advertisement on your site--says products are made in Houston, TX---onluy if you pay extra.
Very disappointed in the service and notifications given by the company and the rep I talked to. He even said there many calls like mine and the company could only get my product to me if I paid more.
