I called four times because of delays with image files and printing. The customer service was helpful, but not very personable. I talked to several different people, and each gentleman that I talked to seemed indifferent about helping me, and unenthusiastic. The overall quality of the work was very good, however, and i will use your business again if i have print needs. Thank you, Charles Kiefer.

The sign is nowhere near the size smaller than the representative presented in a photo as an example during our chat. Also it is not weather proof.

I was suppose to get a credit which I never received. The only system charge me for two colors even though I had it printed as one color. I called and they said they would credit my account, which they have not to date!
Good experience
The website was nice and easy to use. The chat worked like a charm and was very fast. The signs are good quality but I'm not so sure about the lettering print. Time will tell.
Order was on hold because shipping and billing address were different. Customer Service Rep would only accept a business card with the billing address as proof to release the order. I regularly order with my Company Credit card and have NEVER had this issue.
