I was missing 3 like rebates and was first told the items did not qualify! I had checked in store prior to purchase and requested the funds. Next, I received 1 rebate. I contacted the team again and told them I had purchased 3 of the items and quite promptly Kate corrected my account and I received all 3. I truly appreciate her diligence in this matter.
I purchased five items of a product and received credit for only two of the items. I sent an email to Ibotta regarding the items missing. Within the hour my account was credited for the missing rewards. The one who handled it was very friendly and helpful.
As someone on a budget this app is such a blessing. It helps me get money back to use in buying more groceries or I can treat myself to a gift card. Anytime I have issues (which is rarely) the customer service agents are quick to reply and are so helpful.

I've been using Ibotta for a few years and am now in the $1000 Club! That means I've earned over $1000 using Ibotta! It only takes a few minutes to check out all the fabulous cash-back offers from Ibotta before you shop (either in-person or online), and you then earn money on each purchase associated with these offers. If you have any questions regarding an offer or have any problem, their customer service department is more than willing to offer assistance. I can't recommend Ibotta enough, and try to tell as many people as possible about it! It's definitely a win-win!
The Ibotta app works well for me. The offers are clear, the ability to check in store if the barcode on an item matches the offer, and the timely notification that I have received or have cashback pending is appreciated. Another positive is the customer service. While there are AI options to answer questions, there is still an opportunity to submit a request to a person to help resolve your issue. Today they were able to quickly identify the issue that led to my not receiving cash back for an online order and immediately issued me a credit. Great app and great cash back service.
I did not receive earnings on a receipt in my Ibotta app, so I emailed them. Many Ibotta reps touched the issue and emailed me back with possible solutions but I had already tried everything they suggested. Finally someone had to manually give me my earnings. It took a lot of emails back and forth, and several days, but it was finally resolved.
I'd gotten an email about a missed rebate from a recent purchase (1st great thing about them--Ibotta has let me know about a missed rebate several times!) and gave steps to add the offer to the prior purchase. Then I reached out to the support team because i had an issue, and I heard back within 2 days (counting the weekend) with further explanation and told me they added the amount to my account! Super friendly and professional!

I had an issue with a receipt not correctly reflecting my cash back earned. I messaged support and was immediately sent an automated message that my issue would be assigned out. Honestly in less than 24 hours I was contacted by Jack advising of the issues resolution. I looked at my account and sure enough the correction was made after their research was conducted. Very please with the speed at my case was assigned and resloved.

I only received payment for one item when I had purchased two. I messaged about the issue and Prince resolved it without anything further from me. Very pleased with the result and short amount of time it took.
I purchased 2 items at my local grocery store and usually check the offers before checking out to make sure they are there. After receiving an alert that I got cash back for the offers, I realized I only received credit for 1 of the items. After contacting ibotta, they explained that the offered had expired but still added the earnings and credited my account. This was really nice for them to do.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
