Ibotta takes a little time to review and grab rebates, but the site is well organized and in my opinion, worth it. I've received over $600 in gift cards since I started. Customer service is good; usually responding within 24 hours.
I just started using Ibotta about a week ago. So far the app has been great. They have great offer and makes it easy to cash out earnings. I misunderstood the waiting period time but Simon from Ibotta helped me understand. She was very knowledgeable and understanding.
For the past 6 years I have used Ibotta and saved almost $2000 just for in-store grocery shopping. What I love most about Ibotta (besides the savings of course…) is that their customer service team actually takes the time to try and help you. I've only had 2 issues since using the app but the agents have been able to help me each time. Ralph was friendly, quick to answer my inquiry, was able to solve my issue with redeeming an offer.
I had a misunderstanding with Walmart cash and Ibotta offering rewards on the same item. The Ibotta reps took the time to help me figure things out and get my cash back, when they could have just said sorry about it. Much appreciated.
Ibotta truly is the top tier of all my apps! Super easy to navigate with SO many deals on cash back for everything I purchase. Customer service is very helpful. Anytime I have a question I quickly get a friendly response and help. I've recommended to all my friends and family! I'll continue to be a loyal user :)
I had a couple of issues. One was that I did not receive cash back for an item which also caused me to not receive a bonus. The Ibotta support team resolved my issue quickly. They were also very thorough and friendly.

I've had great experiences with Ibotta and their support group. Each time I had an issue, they were able to solve my questions and concerns. This is my favorite rebate app I've ever used. I can't wait to keep using the in the future. Highly recommended.
I selected $2 back on Axe body spray on 4/19 at Walmart. I selected the exact one that is shown in the picture and description. You are saying it is ineligible. What a scam. This is an on going issue with your app and It has yet to be fixed.
In submitting my receipt the app didn't give me all the rebate offers. I used the "missing cash back" tab to report it. And as Ian explained if a system error occurs it could miss an item. He corrected the error and updated my account which in turned added $2 more to my account and meet the "Weekend Cash Dash" for $10. I don't usually have a problem when submitting my offers but when I do the team members are quick to reply and explain everything. I've been using Ibotta since 2017 and have saved $11,303.84! AND a very proud member of their $10K Club.
I had an issue that was resolved quickly. I do hope some changes may occur as a result of the problem but the immediate reimbursement was taken care of. The responses were friendly and efficient. Good experience!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
